2 Winemaker Dinners Savor reputable wines masterfully paired with seasonally inspired menus at our Winemaker Dinners. Each dinner features a different winery, whom the Semiahmoo Culinary Team works with closely to thoughtfully craft each menu, complete with champagne and appetizers offered upon arrival, three to five delectable courses, and a wine to pair with every course. These interactive dinners immerse you in the experience, as you learn about each course and how it pairs with a particular wine directly from our Executive Chef Bruno Feldeisen and the winemakers. 6 Cross Country Golf Tournament Come play Loomis Trail as you have never seen it before! Instead of playing the holes as they fall on the scorecard, you will play them in a different order, and in some cases even to different holes. For example, you may be starting out from the #10 tee box, but your target green will be hole #1. You might then proceed to the #2 tee box, and play to hole #3 green. You get the picture.
