3 Dry Un-Wooded Aromatic Wines Zevenwacht Sauvignon Blanc 2017 R Intriguing and complex aromas guava, green fig and gooseberry and granadilla.. Palate shows abundant gooseberry & granadilla flavours with minerality, crisp and fresh acidity and a lingering finish. Zevenwacht 360 Sauvignon Blanc 2015 R Concentrated aromas of crushed fig leaves, guava and passion fruit, with hints of grapefruit that continues on the palate. The generous mouth feel is supported with a fine natural lime acidity that gives the wine length and focus Dry Wooded Aromatic Wines The Tin Mine White 2015 R Ripe and exotic, a distinctive, spicey wine that is rich and subtly oaked, with a slight Viognier lends a delicate perfume of dried peaches and apricots while the Roussanne and Chenin acts like salt and pepper, spicing things up! Fruit-Driven Medium Bodied Wines 7even Rosé 2017 A wine with a delicate smoked salmon pink colour. Flavours and aromas of raspberries and ripe strawberries, elegant and soft with an off-dry finish.

4 Full Bodied Barrel Fermented White Wine Zevenwacht Chardonnay 2016 R A clear and bright wine with hints of lime and gold. The Chardonnay has superb and distinctive flavors of citrus and white pear with a subtle oak aroma of roasted almonds. Zevenwacht Chenin Blanc 2016 R With hints of lime and a wonderful gold colour this wine boasts flavours of pineapple and citrus with honey and nuttiness House Wines 7even Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Pale gold in colour with a muted grassiness on the nose, this is a delicious lifestyle wine with a fresh intensity and lashings of greener sweet fruit flavours and zesty lime citrus finish. 7evenrood 2015 This lifestyle wine starts with a first impression of cherries and chocolate and a red berry and spicy oak nose 7even Bouquet Blanc 2017 Soft golden, clear colour with a perfumed nose, with floral flavours, subtle litchi, lime and rose petals, and a soft elegant off-dry finish.

5 Fruity Medium Bodied Barrel-Aged Red Wines 7even Pinotage 2016 R98.00 A vibrant cherry red colour. Aromas of chocolate and coffee with a combination of plums and red fruit, and background hints of cedar wood, vanilla and liquorice. The palate is generous with sweet red cherry flavours. The Tin Mine Red 2014 R Dark purple red in colour, with the nose that exudes aromas of violets, dried spices and concentrated black fruits with a slow release of mocha and dark chocolate. Zevenwacht Merlot 2014 R Rich and generous with plush concentrated flavours of plums and a combination of red and black cherries. Waves of upfront fresh red fruit and hints of herbs cover the palate from start to finish. Full Bodied Barrel Aged Red Wines Zevenwacht Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 R This wine is big, bold and full-bodied with intense aromas of black cherries, and blackcurrants, tobacco and herbaceous undertones. Dark blackberry and plum flavours dominate the palate, followed by hints of cacao. Zevenwacht Syrah 2014 R The wine shows classic Syrah aromas of white pepper and sweet spicy tones, underlined with notes of violets and Jasmine and a hint of meaty character. The palate is full and velvety, with peppery spice following from the nose to the palate. This was a result of 15 months maturation in first, second and third fill French Barrels.
