Firstly, we wish to celebrate our local Hunter Valley s world class wines, whilst also showcasing some of the great Australian and International wines for what they do best. Secondly, we hope to find a wine for you. We have the great fortune of being located in the birthplace of Australian winemaking, and our relationship with local winemakers means that we can often provide you with some historic back vintages. We do our best to keep as many local favourites as possible, and whilst our local pride is at the core of our list, you will also find a showcase of Australian and International wines. Our hope is that with this offering you will have an opportunity to experience something not always accessible - a taste of six thousand years of wine producing history - and find the absolute best match for your palate, your meal, your experience. Our climate controlled cellar ensures wines are kept in the best possible condition for when it s time to be served at your table.
