In 2016, Drappier became the first Carbon Neutral Champagne House. To maintain the legacy from generation to generation, the Drappier family has been investing for the last ten years to reduce its carbon foot print and employ numerous environmental practices. Champagne 1 Champagne Drappier 1er Cru NV Brut France Glass: 125ml % Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier, The grapes come only from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards and is very low in sulphur. Elegant and fresh on the nose. Firm and intense, pear, spices, vanilla and a hint of acacia honey. Toasty bread, long on the palate with a light hazelnut aftertaste. 2 Champagne Drappier Brut Rosé NV France Glass: 125ml % Pinot Noir A unique Champagne Rosé made using the saignée method and with very low sulphur. Well structured, with exemplary purity of red fruits. Full-bodied and well-structured palate with notes of toast, citrus and mineral. Rich and firm on the palate with bold, sweet fruit. A core of ripe black cherrylingers on the finish. 33 Bourgogne Pinot Noir Prestige, Henri de Villamont Henri de Villamont s junior red burgundy is in fact a rather sophisticated affair, showing real depth of fruit and a fine silky texture.
