6 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Packages: Beverage and food packages must be completely pre-paid. Additional hours may be charged on the night via credit card or cash. Beverage packages are charge per-person. Strict RSA regulations will ensure your party is managed appropriately & professionally. General Rules: Due to seasonal availability, some menu items may change. Venue minimum spend applies. To ensure total exclusivity, *venue hire fee will apply* (Please note that venue hire fees will be waived when the value of the booking equals or exceeds the minimum alchole spend) Sound system is inclusive of venue hire.
