3 VENETO COLLE PASSAVENTO SERIES WINEMAKERS NOTES = THE PASSAVENTO INTO THE INNOVATION. A multitude of elements give to this region a charming aspect, from the marvelous rose window of Romeo & Giulietta s house to the rolling hills covered by vineyards and decorated by streams torrential. Telling stories of winemaking passion and combining more and more art to wine is our specific features. We try every day to capture all of these nuances giving to our Veneto wines an authentic taste with floral and fruity notes, full body and harmonious. COLOUR = Straw yellow in colour. BOUQUET = The nose is persistent with hints of apples and pears and white flowers. FLAVOUR = The taste is dry, well balanced and soft. RECOMMENDED WITH = Excellent with fish dishes, shellfish and shrimps, fish soup and risotto alla marinara and grilled fish. Also excellent with white meat dishes and vegetables. 4 ALTO VALDARNO HILLS TOSCANA POGGIO ORGOGLIO SERIES WINEMAKERS NOTES = WITH PRIDE WE CAN REACH OUR REAL DREAMS. Since the second half of the 1400 s the citizens of Tuscany began to look at the countryside as an investment and an economic opportunity. Even the great undisputed genius of Renaissance Michelangelo, in the sixteenth century, bought a tower in Chianti area called Nectar Dei. The artist was personally involved in wine production and he has been able to combine the art to the land. This is the region where the ancient origins of art are the Italian pride, this pride manifests itself with full body, its floral bouquet with mixed berries scent into our wines. COLOUR = Bright ruby red. BOUQUET = Fruity and floral aroma with a light scent of raspberry, cherry, plum, red flowers and rose. FLAVOUR = A dry, slightly tannic fresh and well balanced wine with a good acidity. RECOMMENDED WITH = Excellent with tagliata roast and stewed meats. Also with typical Tuscan cheeses. 6 ORTONA, SAN SALVO E POLLUTRI AMAMI SERIES WINEMAKERS NOTES = BEHIND A DROP IS HIDING A GREAT STRENGTH. Since 200BC the greatness of Abruzzo vine varieties is mentioned through the legend that Annibale horses were healed from the mange and they became louder and louder when they went to war after being washed with this wine. The strength of every single drop of wine reaches up to now with its purifying energy that accompanies our products widely appreciated especially for their structure, which recall the winemaking tradition of this region. Monasteries set in the middle of a pristine nature, castles located on snow white cliffs dropping sheer to the sea, Abruzzo is a trip that becomes a spirit experience, it is a pure emotion. COLOUR = Ruby red with garnet highlights. BOUQUET = Intense, persistent and fruity with a strong aroma of red fruits, spicy notes of cacao, cherry and vanilla. FLAVOUR = Full bodied, dry and round on the palate, well balanced, slightly tannic, good acidity, easy to drink. RECOMMENDED WITH = Excellent with typical Italian courses. In the middle of the first century, the writer Plinio drew up Manduria like viticulosae in other words the land rich of vineyards. This region is the place of eternal spring, sun, land and territory have created a wide variety of wines. These authentic wines come from love for our land, they have a great structure, fruity and floral scent, a soft and velvety taste are the main characteristics of our products. COLOUR = Intense deep ruby red with violet highlights. BOUQUET = Intense and fragrant with complex aromas of plum and cherry, with spicy notes of vanilla and rosemary. 8 PALERMO E TRAPANI VIGNE DI LUNA SERIES WINEMAKERS NOTES = GRAPEVINE CULTIVATION BORN A NEW ERA Between the IV and V century B.C., the city of Anthilla was founded by people from uncertain origin named Elmi, in the province of Palermo. In these hills was born the art of grapevine cultivation and the practice of the night-harvest. This tradition lasted until today. making the wine an original and unique product, whose character is reflected in his wide bouquet and full bodied structure. COLOUR = Straw yellow colour with greenish hues. BOUQUET = Honey and apricot scent. FLAVOUR = A well-balanced wine with a long aftertaste which reminds the exotic fruits. RECOMMENDED WITH = Excellent with risotto marinara, any seafood dish or with a summer salad. SERVING TEMPERATURE = 8 10 degrees C.
