CHININ BLANC Sth Africa Hand Made Chinin Terrific clean and intensely flavoured white from Stellenbosch with plenty of ripe citrus and guava fruit. Very old bush grown vines, producing a wounderful, classic Chinin Blanc. PICPOUL de PINET France- Languedoc Duc de Morry 2017 Floral and enticing on the nose, exuberantly fresh on the palate with pear drop fruit. Fine and elegant with a very long finish. OPTA Branco Portugul Dao Fresh and crisp flavours, good balance. Very fresh and matches perfectly with seafood. Grape s are Encruzado, Cerceal Branco and Malvesia

2 SAUVIGNON BLANC New Zealand - Nelson The CUT 2016 A fresh herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc displaying classic cool climate tropical flavours of citrus and passion fruit with a lively crisp finish MUSCADET France Loire Valley Chateau De La Ragotiere 2016 Pale yellow in colour, with a nose dominated by mineral aromas. A lean dry palate which develops floral and white fruit flavours. PECORINO Italy Abruzzo Colline Pescaresi % Pecorino which is fast becoming the "in thing". Floral, delicate aromas, lemon & apple fruit, light but deceptively intense, really clean and fresh. VIOGNIER France Pays d Oc La Forge Estate 2016 Very elegant with notes of stone fruit and tropical fruits, combined with a slight hint of toast and oak. Rich and full bodied, this creamy Viognier reveals intense aromas such as peach and apricot. ALBARINO Spain Rias Baixas( Northern Spain) Straw yellow with green flashes; it is clean and bright. It has a high intensity at nose; it is very fragrant, fruity and floral, fresh and subtle, recalling the peach and apricot. In the mouth is powerful, full-bodied and with an adequate alcoholic degree, balanced acidity, harmonious and with many pleasant nuances. Its persisting taste is pleasant, elegant and complete. In the mouth is very powerful INCROCIO BRUNI Italy Marche Annachiara 2016 This special wine is pale golden in colour. The nose is packed with fruit and has a complex notes of citrus and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and vibrant with a perfect balance of fruit and acidity. A fantastic wine to go with seafood. Note; This little know grape is a cross pollination of SAUVIGNON BLANC and VERDICCHIO which was done in 1936 by Professor Bruno Bruni. It is only found in the Marche region and there is very little planted, which is a shame as you will find out, it s an exceptional wine.

3 RIESLING France Alsace Sipp Mack Traditional (Organic) 2015 This riesling shines with vanilla and light pepper aromas. It had flavours of white flower and citrus. Easy drinking and matches perfectly with fish dishes. SANCERRE France Loire Valley Domaine Hubert Brochard 2016 Les Collines Blanches has fresh and fragrant Sauvignon Blanc fruit with overtones of gooseberries and a bright, refreshing acidity. ROSE WINE ROSE PINOT GRIGIO Italy- Piemonte Ancora Light, fruit and dry with red berry and red cherry fruit charactoristics. ROSE PINOT NOIR New Zealand - Marlborough Bladen Estate 2016 Salmon pink hue, this medium bodied wine, hints a s fruity nose, with raspberry, strawberry and notes of peach and watermellon leading to a well balanced palate.

4 RED WINE TEMPRANILLO Spain- La Mancha Camina 2016 This is a fresh, bright and lovely wine filled with crunchy red berry aromasof raspberry, cherry and blackberry. The fruit flavours are balanced by fresh acidity on the well structures palate and subtle notes of almond and hazelnut. GRANACHA Spain Principe de Viana Soft, round and juicy red with blackberry and redcurrant fruit and a attractive touch of spiciness. A good range of primary, varied bouquets such as cherry, melon and peach with a touch of fennel and vanilla. Powerful with good structure but soft and easy to drink with great depth and persistence. MALBEC Argentina Quara Estate 2016 Lightly oaked, intense ruby red with violet hues, then very fruity with notes of plum, pepper and spices. Well balanced with round tannins RIOJA Spain Fuenmayor (Northeast Spain) Vallemayor Crianza 2012 Good fruit aroma backed by light vanilla and toast from the new oak. Good tannins and a long elegant finish. 85% Tampranillo, 10% Mazuelo & 5% Graciano PINOT NOIR New Zealand Martinborough The Edge 2016 Great concentration and super ripe berry fruit, lip smackingly moreish, totally, utterly gorgeous, sensual, powerful, all-conquering- made by a true gentleman, Larry McKenna. The season was exceptionally warm allowing high quality, fully ripe fruit to be harvested early with brilliant ripe cherry/plum flavours. A full bodied style with great backbone and a long lingering finish.
