2 Thank you for considering Pymble Hotel for your private function. We pride ourselves on being able to create the most personal function catered to your desires. This pamphlet will guide you through some of our services we can provide to you. If you require any further information or would like to discuss availability please do not hesitate to call the hotel on or We look forward to meeting to plan and create your special event. Pymble Hotel practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol as required by the NSW Liquor Act. We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to patrons, and to ask patrons to leave the premises who we deem to be approaching intoxication.

3 Room Hire and Minimum Spend: There is no room hire fee as long as the minimum spend for the event exceeds $1000. That $1000 can be a mixture of money spent on food and put behind the bar on a TAB. To secure the room: In order to secure the room for the date you want, you will need to put forward a $200 deposit. Music: Our function space is equipped with surround sound systems, so you can enjoy music from your own ipod, iphone or ipad. Just simply make a playlist that will run through the night while you dance away. If you would like to hire a DJ or a jukebox, we can accommodate to your needs. Decorations: We allow our function guests to decorate the room in whatever manner they see fit, as long as it is appropriate. We only as at the end of the evening all physical item used as decorations (such as candles, etc) are taken at the end of the night. Balloons: We allow the guests to decorate the room with balloons and we have a helium tank that guest can use for free, just make sure you let the functions manager know that you require it.

4 Photos/Speeches: If you would like photos to be displayed on the projector screen, that is not a problem! All you need to do is put the photo files onto a USB stick or computer and bring them in on the night. If you would like to hire a photo booth, we can accommodate to your needs. DO NOT PUT THEM IN POWERPOINT OR ANYTHING ELSE. OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DISPLAY THEM. If you would like to have speeches at the event we have a microphone available upon request.

5 Drinks packages: Bar tab: We set up a bar tab with a limit that has been verified by you and then we organise a menu of wines, beers, ciders and spirits that you would like to be on the TAB. It can be changed on the night if need be, the minimum just needs to reach the agreed upon minimum spend for hiring out the room.
