2 OUR The historical origin of VIÑA LUPARIA dates back to Founded by Don Manuel Galán in Valdepeñas, a land of wolves, (LUPO means WOLF), we have always care to produce quality wines with the local varietiesintheregion. Since 2014 we have a new image and winemaking style, developing anewrangeofwines. Behindthe Wine/Wolfpack, likeinafamily, each Wine/Wolf comes with an amazing story and has a unique personality. We plannedfor2016ourfirstpresentationineuropeto lookforan exclusive partnership in every European country and join us to our Wolfpack.

4 L[ Burl[ 2015 The wolf is coming! The wolf is coming! cried Peter, the naughty shepherd, as a joke on his neighbours, which would ultimately cost him his herd. The relaxed, fruity touch of Airén comes to combat boredom. 75cl 12% Alc. Airénisoneof the mostabundantvarieties,whichisnot usuallytaken seriously. Smooth flavours with fruity reminiscence and simplicity which, for their qualities, are ideal for any moment. 100% Airén White wine elaborated from vineyards located in the Toledo town of Corral de Almaguer, scarcely 10 kilometres from the winery. Characterized by an altitude of some 800m and a microclimate which allows for the perfect development of grape varieties such as Airén. Clay-limestone soils. Straw-yellow in color, it is a light wine; its 12 degrees are easy on the palate. Aromas of citrus fruits predominate, with a marked presence of white flowers.

5 L[ (REBELLION) A wine with the presence of the wild spirit of Amarok. Full of surprising and unexpected hints which reflect excitement, freedom and revolution. 75cl 12% Alc. The contribution of a variety not native to the region, Sauvignon Blanc, which grows in a different setting to the one intended. Sauvignon comes from the conjunction between sauvage (wild) and vignon(vineyard). Similarly elaborated in Corral de Almaguer. Harvested at night in the first week of September. The Sauvignon Blanc vineyard borders with thatoftheairén. Organoleptically, predominately yellow with marked green rim. Aromas of grapefruit, boxwood and tropical fruits. Dense and elegant to the taste; with great reminiscence.

6 LOS (LOVERS) G[rn[]h[ 2015 The wolf, hopelessly in love with the moon s beautiful warm aura, spends endless nights howling, hoping to reunite and reignite the most heartfelt of lovers passions. 75cl. 12,5% Garnacha is a variety which produces wines of bright rose color and sweet and fruity taste, with pale shades and subtle, silky delicate aromas. Elaborated from Garnacha vineyards located in the municipality of Los Hinojosos (Cuenca) at an altitude of 900m. Loam-limestone soil. Nocturnal harvest in the last week of September. Presented for tasting with a rich strawberry red color. Its aromatic profile is decisively marked by the presence of red fruits in their sweetest version. Easy on the palate, with an agreeable lingering taste.

7 (INNOCENCE) 2015 Little Red Riding Hood trusted in the goodness people. When passion guides us, we pay no heed to danger. This wine demonstrates the truth of a variety. 75cl 13,5% Alc. Young Tempranillo, represented with the vivacity of a forest in spring, full of red fruits. Vineyards located in Campo de Criptana(Ciudad Real) at an altitude of some 700m. Predominantly limestone soils. 30-year-old vines harvested at night during the last week in August. Short macerations with little extraction to preserve the variety s aromatic profile. Cherry red colour of medium intensity. Aromas of red fruits (strawberry and fresh raspberry). Light and smooth to the taste.

8 EL ORIGEN (ORIGIN) O[k [g_^ 2014 The generous act of the Capitoline Wolf to suckle Romulus and Remus is fruit of the intention to create, to leave a significant, lasting legacy to be enjoyed forever. 75cl 14,5% Alc. Oak aged 4m ( American oak) The tempranillo variety ripens and shows its development in a semi crianza as a taste of its future potential. Deliciously agreeable. Elaborated from vineyards in Campo de Criptana and harvested in mid September. After macerating for nine days, early drawing takes place, searching for aromatic and anthocyanidin (colour) extraction, later to end fermentation in contact with American Oak where it remained for four months. Full-bodied and dense, with aromas reminiscent of black fruit preserves well blended with roasted touches of vanilla from its cask aging. To the taste it shows the power and fleshiness of the region s wines.

9 L[ Li\_rt[^ (fr ^om) syr[h-g[rn[]h[ 2014 For the wolf, freedom is as valuable as life itself, the safety and comfort of a dog it from discovering new horizons and flavours. To explore and venture out into the new is to live fully, without conditions. 75cl 13,5% Alc. Oak aged 4 m ( French Oak) A blend of Syrah and Garnacha, Syrah gives intensity, depth and hints of wild violet, while the Garnacha s delicacy gently shades and softens this power. Elaborated from grapes grown in Cuenca at an altitude of 900m, a week separates the harvest of both varieties. It is elaborated separately until alcoholic fermentation is completed. From here, assemblage and aging takes place in French Oak casks over four months. A full-bodied wine which exudes brilliance and youth. With a complex aromatic profile, in which violet and liquorice aromas predominate, with a mineral and spicy touch. Agreeable on the palate with smooth tannins and long reminiscence.
