At Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards, we understand that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life - one that you will look back upon with cherished memories for years to come.

4 VENUE, RECEPTION & DINNER One hour rehearsal in advance of your wedding day. Private use of our grassy park and vineyard crush deck with dramatic panoramic views of the vineyard and Okanagan Lake. Exclusive use of our VIP lounges for bride and groom. Guests are welcome to arrive from 4:00PM onwards with ceremony scheduled for 4:30PM. Last call is 11:00 pm. Music is off at 11:30PM. Departure by 12:00 AM. Setup of 150 white padded folded chairs and 10 smaller chairs for the little ones. Glassware, cutlery, china, napkins & tables are included. In house audio system for music and exchange of vows. Signing table or barrel. Complimentary toast of FITZ Brut for those in attendance. Perfect backdrop for all your pictures. Dinner reception prepared by a local caterer from fresh Okanagan ingredients. Wines paired from Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards.

6 DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to confirm the date and space to be held. The second deposit of $5,000 is payable on April 2nd of the year of the event. This fee will be non-refundable with a final guest count due 14 days prior to the ceremony. Any outstanding balance (or credit) will be processed on your account upon completion of the event. A valid credit card, expiry and security number are required on file to confirm the event. A mandatory wedding insurance policy must be purchased to hold a function at Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards. All prices are guaranteed for 90 days from the booking date. Prices may be subject to change after this time. AVAILABILITY May September VENUE PRICING Starting at $7,500 (75 guests) $9,500 (150 guests) Food & Beverage pricing is based on menu selection.

7 GENERAL INFORMATION Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards assumes no responsibility for bodily injuries or any individual property damage, loss or theft at the winery, wine shop or grounds prior, during or following the event. In addition, the patron is responsible for any damage to the premises by their guest(s) or independent contractor on their behalf. CONSULTATIONS AND REHEARSALS Appointments are recommended to meet with the Director of Hospitality to work through the details of your event. We want to set aside time to specifically discuss your day. Wedding arrivals & timelines must be reviewed prior to the date to ensure that the vineyard is best prepared for any special requirements for cars, trucks, buses etc. Rehearsals dates must be confirmed 60 days prior to the event to ensure that space is available to have a dry run. Please book a time for the rehearsal directly with the Director of Hospitality. No items may be nailed, tacked, taped or otherwise attached to the structure of the winery or surrounding grounds. All décor must have a sophisticated theme and requires approval of the Director of Hospitality Couples booking our onsite dinner packages must hire transportation to shuttle guests from the vineyard to their accommodation, to ensure the safety of their guests consuming alcohol with dinner. Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards is unable to provide labour or equipment for moving large items in or out of the premises. Such Service may be hired through an outside contractor. Smaller items may be moved up pre-arrangement with the Director of Hospitality. Labour charges may be applied. Use of the Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards name and logo in advertising is prohibited without prior approval. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards will provide all food and beverage, through our preferred catering partner. All food and beverage is subject to government taxes and a 18% service charge where applicable and a 3% administrative fee. For health and safety concerns, Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards assumes no responsibility for food allergies, unless notified 72 hours prior to the event. Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards cannot be responsible for inclement weather. Due to the unpredictability of weather forecast, we recommend your guests dress accordingly. Tents, umbrellas, heaters, etc., may be rented from outside rental companies. Confetti, rice, bubbles, artificial flower petals or other post ceremony celebrative items are not permitted on the property. They pose a health and safety issue to the guests walking on the crush deck. All guests must adhere to our Non-Smoking policy within the winery and grounds. Pets are not allowed on the ceremony deck due to health and safety regulations with food service. Seeing eye dogs are permitted. The consumption of any other alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Any guest that brings outside alcohol onto Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards will be asked to leave immediately.
