2 Event Terms & Conditions Food & Beverage Due to our licensing and health and safety concerns, all food and beverage must be provided through our in house caterer with the exception of wedding cakes provided by a licensed bakery. In accordance to health and safety regulations, no food or beverage can be removed from our premises without exception. We are able to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, however possible. Deposit, Booking, Cancellation Fees & Payment To secure your date and our services a non-refundable deposit of $ may be payable to Danceland via credit card. The deposit will be applied to your final invoice. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon the receipt of the final invoice. Late payments will be subject to a 5% monthly interest fee. In the event of a function cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and a cancellation fee will be charged as follows: 90 days prior: 25% of the estimated charges of the function. 45 days prior: 50% of the estimated charges of the function. 30 days prior: 100% of the estimated charges of the function. Function Guarantees A menu must be confirmed 3 weeks in advance to your event. A guest guarantee with event details including all dietary and allergy requests must be finalized 5 business days prior to your event. If a guarantee is not provided, we will proceed with preparing for the original estimated number of guests. You will be invoiced for the guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Function Liability Danceland is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property within our facility or premises. If guests make any physical damage to Danceland and/or it s property, it is the responsibility of the client and will be invoiced accordingly. Any damages occurred will be billed to the client. In addition, no confetti or variations of confetti are to be used in Danceland. Additional costs will apply. Alcohol Service Only employees of Danceland are permitted to serve alcohol. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises during any event. If outside alcohol if found or suspected, all alcohol service can be ceased. In accordance to the MLCC regulations, no person under the age of 18, with or without parents, may consume alcohol at Danceland. Our staff has the right to refuse alcohol service to guests. Taxes & Service Charges All food, beverages, rentals, serving staff and any other charges are subject to applicable taxes and a %15 gratuity service charge.

5 Beverage Services Danceland provides complete set-up, stocking and service of the bar. Mandatory bartender fee of $25 per hour, per bartender will apply to all bars under $350. Danceland schedules one bartender for every 75 guests. Minimum requirement is 3 hours per bartender. Cash Bar All beverages will be sold directly to the guests. Danceland provides complete set-up, stocking and service of the bar. Host Bar All beverages will be charged to the host of the event on a perconsumption basis. Danceland will provide complete set-up, stocking and service of the bar. Table Wine Have a favourite wine you want to share with your guests? Danceland has a large selection of wines to have placed on your guest s tables. Please inquire.
