2 IGP PAYS D OC ROSE 2017 Grenache, Syrah & Cinsault - 13% vol. alcohol Fresh and crisp with aromas of strawberries. Nice minerality and a touch of muscle weight that balances the strawberry and orange zest notes. Its weight and smacking acidity are perfect for picnic fare, like cured meats or barbecued ribs. Maris Rosé is fermented in stainless steel.

3 The «Cuisse de Nymphe» 2017 is a type of rose color. It is very pale pink, almost mauve. It was brought to France at the end of XVI century from Crimea. It name was Rosier blanc royal. This Rosé is a blend of Grenache noir. Grenache noir - 13 % vol. alcohol Fresh, mineral notes balance notes of maraschino cherries, apricots, eucalyptus, and raspberry brambles. Its roundness is driven by a lovely acidity. Flavors of tart fruit on the finish. This is a dry, berried wine that pairs beautifully with a plate of prosciutto and ripe summer tomatoes. The process respects the principles of Biodynamics, with minimal intervention. Serving temperature : 10 C

4 BLUSHING NYMPHE 17 Blushing Nymphe is a blend of Grenache from AOP Languedoc, a region of the South of France, a stone s throw away from the Mediterranean sea. Grenache noir et grenache gris - 13 % vol. alcohol Rich, with notes of peach, strawberries and raspberry brambles. This rosé is very elegant and has a delicious finish with flavors of tart fruit. This is a dry, sophistigated rosé perfect for summer. Our Rosé, is a vin de presse, and fermented in tanks. The process respects the principles of Biodynamics, with minimal intervention. Serving temperature : 10 C

5 BLANC PAYS D OC 2016 Viognier, 2016 Grenache Blanc and 2015 Grenache Gris - 13,5% vol. alcohol Multi vintage Fresh, focused tropical fruits, honeysuckle, lemon rind, Pure, fresh fruit with notes of honeysuckle and peach. Maris Blanc is an aromatic wine. Medium-bodied, and pure on the palate, crisp and fresh. Fermented in tanks, without malolactic fermentation.

6 MARIS ORGANIC MINERVOIS 2017 Located in the Languedoc region of the South of France, Chateau Maris offers sustainable, organic wines. Maris Minervois is a blend of Syrah & Grenache, in AOP Minervois. 80% Syrah & 20% Grenache - 14 % vol. alcohol Aromas of blackberry, black cherry, pepper, and blackcurrant. Attractive mouth with a fruited palate. A comforting every day wine perfect for roasts, barbecue and sharing with friends. The process is very natural with minimal intervention. Fermented in casks for 3 weeks. Food Pairing : Charcuterie, red meat, BBQ or a Gaspacho Serving temperature : C Ageing potential : 3 5 years

7 La Touge 2016 is a medium bodied red wine made with Syrah and Grenache grapes. This wine is from a parcel of 20Ha with mixed soil of clay, Limestone and sandstone, in appellation CRU LA LIVINIERE. 60% Syrah, 35% Grenache & 5% Carignan 14,5 % vol. alcohol WINE CRITICS : 2015: Pts. Wine Advocate Fresh, vibrant, yet also concentrated and rich, it was bottled with no fining and a light filtration. This is a smoking Languedoc that anyone interested in the region needs to try. Very expressive with notes notes of smoked meats and dark fruit (black currant; blackberry). Inky purple on the glass. La Touge has full-bodied richness, beautifully integrated acidity, ripe tannin and no hard edges. It is soft with juicy tannins. Vinification : Vinified in a concrete fermenter. Extraction from punching of the cap and light pumping over a 4 week maceration period. Ageing : 16 months in eggs and tanks. Food pairing : Red meat, filets or rib of beef. 8 Les Planels is a full-bodied red wine from Syrah. This wine is from a parcel of 3Ha with mixed soil of clay limestone and clay- sandstone, in appellation CRU LA LIVINIERE. Syrah & Grenache - 14 % vol. alcohol WINE CRITICS : Pts. It will certainly knock your socks off over the coming 4-5 years at a minimum!, Wine Advocate 92 Pts. Full-bodied, with gorgeous purity, Wine Advocate Silver medal, Decanter World Wine Awards, Les Planels 2012 A bouquet of aromas already complex with some notes of sautéed black cherries, black currants, licorice, pepper and cured meats. Deep purple color. Rich, full-bodied, yet elegant and seamless, with an awesome texture. With integrated acidity and a beautiful elegance about it that keeps you coming back to the glass. Vinification : Fermented for 8 days in concrete and wood open fermenters at 23C and maceration post at 28C for 4 weeks. Lies battonage marc crushing everyday for 2 weeks. 9 Las Combes 2016, from Grenache is your new best friend! Fresh, generous and bursting with personality. The vineyard sites for this wine are formed on sedimentary rock with red, de-calcified clay, in appellation CRU LA LIVINIERE. Grenache Dominant - 15 % vol. alcohol WINE CRITICS : 93 Pts. (Las Combes 2013) BRILLIANT AND VIBRANT It should evolve nicely for a year or three and drink well through Pts. (Las Combes 2012) Jeb Dunnuck, May 2014 The color is deep purple. Elegant and complex, aromas of cassis and grenadine with roasted coffee beans and cherry. Medium-bodied, fresh and juicy, focused and smooth palate with generous fruit. A vibrant and tense wine with a great finish. Vinification : Maceration in tanks for one month with gentle pumping over and pigeage (punching down). Short vinification of 3 months. 10 Les Anciens 2015 comes from our oldest (90 years), goblet-trained Carignan vines. The vineyard sites for this wine are formed on clay, limestone and sandstone, in appellation CRU LA LIVINIERE. Carignan and Grenache - 14 % vol. alcohol WINE CRITICS : 91 Pts. Wine Advocate A mix of Carignan and Grenache, the 2014 Minervois la Liviniere les Anciens is zippy, fresh, complex 93 Pts. Les Anciens 2013, Wine Advocate, Jeb Dunnuck, May Pts. Les Anciens 2012, Wine Advocate, The tannin ropes through the wine like gristle in a steak, the wine chewy without being heavy. For Carignan, it s almost elegant." Aromas of black currants, assorted herbs and sweet tobacco, earth, and toasted spices. «Les Anciens is medium-bodied, fresh and lively. With the acid profile of Carignan, it comes together nicely and should keep through 2022.» Fermented for 8 days in concrete and wood open fermenters at 23C and maceration post at 28C for 5 weeks. 11 Brama 2015 is a medium bodied white wine made from Grenache Gris. This wine is from a parcel of 1Ha with mixed soil of limestone and clay above Felines-Minervois. Very limited annual production, only 2000 botlles per year Grenache Gris - 14 % vol. alcohol WINE CRITICS : 92 Pts. (Brama 2014) & 93 Pts. (2013), Wine advocate. 91 Pts. (Brama 2014) & 90 Pts. (Brama 2012) Highest rating for white Languedoc. Fresh, focused tropical fruits, honeysuckle, lemon rind, and buttered almonds on the nose. Medium - bodied, racy, and pure on the palate, with a lovely, elegant texture that s lifted by the wines acidity. Following our biodynamic philosophy, the process is very natural with minimal intervention. Vinified in oak barrels, no malolactic. Ageing : 10 months in 600L Radoux Alliers Barrels and 6 months in an egg. Ageing potential : 5 8 years Serving temperature : C

12 Les Amandiers 2015 is a pure Syrah from some of our oldest vines in La Livinière. This wine is from a parcel of 1Ha : soil of clay limestone. Very limited annual production, only 1800 bottles and 250 magnums per year Syrah - 14,5 % vol. alcohol WINE CRTICS : Pts. Les Amandiers looks to be another sensational Syrah that should rank up with the crème de la crème of the vintage ( ) Bravo to the team at Maris! Wine Advocate With a wonderful bouquet of aromas of dark fruits, black currants blackberries, and notes of white flowers, wet rocks and licorice. The palate is full and powerful, it has a weightless, seamless and elegant texture that carries a huge amount of fruit and texture, while never seeming heavy or cumbersome. Slightly more fresh and lively, with another level of richness. Fermented at 25C and maceration post at 28C, in wooden tanks. Extraction from punching of the cap and light pumping over during a 5 week maceration. Ageing : 16 months in new French barrel of Radoux Blend. 13 Dynamic 2015 is a Syrah from our best vines in La Livinière. This wine is from a parcel of 0,7Ha with a soil of clay, limestone and sandstone. Very limited annual production, only 1800 bottles and 250 magnums per year Syrah - 15 % vol. alcohol WINE CRITICS : Pts. This is a huge, rich, unctuous beauty that lovers of Syrah should not miss! Wine Advocate 2015 Dynamic Gold Medal Challenge Millésime Bio Competition Dynamic offers up an impressive nose of smoked black fruits, melted licorice, black currants and aged beef. Its inky purple color is followed by a rich, unctuous, massively rich style on the palate. Despite the richness level here, it never comes across as heavy and stays lively and fresh. The grapes are fermented at 25C and maceration post at 28C, in wooden tanks. Extraction from punching of the cap and light pumping over during a 5 week maceration period.
