The winery combines French château tradition with Napa Valley terroir and a focus on Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and other red Bordeaux varietals. 3 100% Estate Winery St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery is a 100% Estate Grown, Sustainably Farmed Winery Estate Grown means: 100% of the wine comes from grapes grown on land owned by the winery. The winery must be located in the same viticultural area as the vineyard. The winery sorts, crushes, ferments, finishes, ages and bottles the wine in a continuous process on the winery s premises. Outside of St. Supéry, only a handful of other wineries within Napa Valley can call themselves 100% Estate including Joseph Phelps, Silverado Vineyards, Grgich, Trefethen, Diamond Creek, Dominus, Harlan, Bond, Promontory, Continuum and a few other small properties.
