We are happy to provide you with all of the information needed and should you have any additional queries please contact us to discuss your requirements. We highly recommend you arrange a visit to personally view our venue and to imagine your dream wedding. Our Venue Greenstone is located approx. 1 hour from Melbourne s CBD, near the historic town of Yarra Glen with arguably one of the most spectacular panoramic views in the Yarra Valley, Greenstone provides a beautiful backdrop for any photos. Ideal guest numbers are around people, but this will depend on your specific requirements. Our venue is ideal for a cocktail style stand up function for approx 100 guests, and casual seating up to 50 guests on our deck or alternatively should you wish for a larger sit-down option you could consider a marquee on our lawn. We are happy to suggest a range of hire companies for all your marquee and furnishing requirements.

4 Pricing $85 pp min 80 to 100 adults (Sat & Sun) $85 pp min 50 adults (Mon Fri) Children $15 per child over 8 years Important additional information: Strictly no byo beverages or spirits We are licenced until 11pm and all guests to be departed at this time. $1500 non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking Balance and final numbers due 1 week prior to your wedding Wedding bookings not available on public holidays Note: access to the following areas is strictly prohibited; Our entire winery production facility, (including but not limited to; tanks, staircases, gangways & sheds) administration building (excluding toilets), offices, lab and vineyard. Wedding party photography within the winery can be arranged with prior notice, however access to the vines is strictly prohibited at all times - due to damage and the spread of vine disease. We cannot hold any weddings on Sundays during January, February and March of any year due to our Sunday Sessions music in the vineyard. Catering Should you wish to use your own caterer please have them contact us directly to discuss their catering requirements. Food trucks are very popular and we have accessible areas for set up. All catering must be fully self-sufficient cooking, crockery, cutlery & napkins Caterers are responsible to take away all rubbish after service. We recommend you meet with your caterer and our Events Coordinator here at Greenstone a few weeks out from your special day to discuss and confirm all the fine details so that you can feel comfortable with all your arrangements.
