Dr. Botezatu is an Assistant Professor (non-tenure track) with Texas AgriLife Extension here in College Station, Texas. Dr. Botezatu is an expert in Enology and Wine Science. She will be directing graduate students in this area and will also be teaching enology courses as part of the Department s Enology Certificate Program. Before joining Texas AgriLife Extension, Dr. Botezatu was a lecturer at Brock University in Ontario, Canada where she taught several courses in sensory evaluation of wines as well as winery design. a.)
