2 MEXICALI PILSENER Our original formula. This brew is bright, deep golden yellow in color. The aroma is of sweet malt, lightly floral and hoppy. The flavor reflects its hop bitterness; slightly sweet and just a perfect balance of two row barley malt, Chinook, Mt. Hood and Peerless hops that culminate to a very clean and semi-dry finish. Alc/Vol: 4.5% MEXICALI DARK The second of our new additions to the Mexicali line-up and what a beauty! The color is bright, clear, dark brown. The aroma is lightly sweet, pleasant toasted malt, with a slight coffee background. The flavor is a wonderful balance of roasted malt with a bit of sweetness, nice bitterness from the hops. This medium bodied dark beer has great carbonation and finishes with strength. Alc/Vol: 5% RED PIG MEXICAN ALE Our craft brew is bright, deep red copper in color. This ale is very aromatic, intensely floral-hoppy, lightly sweet and malty. This full bodied ale offers a very pleasant high bitterness, with smooth sweet malt character, creamy head with good carbonation, and with an excellent bitter sweet finish. Alc/Vol: 5%

3 IPA Copper color, full bodied beer with rich malt tones perfectly balanced between a smooth and delicate sweetness and just the right amount of bitterness. Great hop / floral aromas. Alc/Vol: 5.9% AMBER ALE Nice copper color with a creamy head. It is a rich pleasant ale perfectly balanced between soft toffee and caramel notes and a floral-hoppy bitterness. Alc/Vol: 5.5% BLOND ALE This is a golden color beer of excellent balance. It has a medium body, a very mild caramel sweetness and a soft pleasant bitterness. Alc/Vol: 5.5%

4 PALE ALE Amber color with medium body, pleasant floral aroma with a distinctive bitterness and great character. Great hop / floral aromas. Alc/Vol: 4.8% HEFEWEIZEN Golden color wheat beer with a delicate balance of banana esters and clove phenolics. Excellent medium body and moderate bitterness. Alc/Vol: 5.5% PORTER Dark brown color with red highlights. A full body beer with rich roasted malt and chocolate notes. It finishes with good hop, creamy toffee and caramel followed by delicate coffee notes and smooth chocolate. Alc/Vol: 5.0%

5 LOS PORTALES PILSENER This beer is pale golden in color. The aroma is lightly sweet with obvious hops in the background. The flavor offers the bitterness from the hops, lightly sweet malt, smooth, full bodied and good carbonation making this a very refreshing and drinkable beer Alc/Vol: 4.6% LOS PORTALES DARK The color is bright, clean, dark brown. The aroma has vague chocolate, nuts and light berries, has pleasantly toasted malt with slight coffee overtones. The flavour consist of roasted malt and bitterness from the hops. This medium bodied dark beer has great carbonation and finishes with strength. Alc/Vol: 4.6%

6 RIO BRAVO The taste is smooth and fresh, is a traditional lager that is crisp on the mid-palate with a good malt character and smooth full-bodied flavour. Clean hop bitterness gives the brew a slightly dry yet refreshing finish. Bottle Size: 355ml. Case Size: 24 Cans, 4 x 6 Packs Alc/Vol: 4%

7 CHILLI BEER This unique brew is bright pale golden yellow in color. It s very aromatic, with a distinctive great, green chili in vinegar aroma, with a lightly sweet background. The flavor is pleasantly hot chili in vinegar accompanied with the light sweet grain character. It has a very light bitter finish, medium body and good carbonation. Every bottle contains its own serrano chili. Alc/Vol: 4.5%
