2 SPIRITS Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey 700ml Grant's Blended Scotch Whisky 1 Litre Scotch Technically, Scotch is whisky (spelled without the e ) that must be produced in Scotland, made from mostly malted barley and aged in oak barrels for three years or more. Jameson Irish Whiskey 1 Litre The Old Fashioned Ingredients: 4 Dashes Angostura Bitters 1/2 tsp Sugar Orange wheel Maraschino cherry 1 Splash soda 60mls Whiskey or Bourbon Preparation: Place the sugar cube (or 1/2 teaspoon loose sugar) in an Old Fashioned glass. Wet it down with 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a short splash of club soda. Crush the sugar. Rotate the glass so that the sugar grains and bitters give it a lining. Add a large ice cube. Pour in the bourbon. Pour Tia Maria, vodka and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice. Shake the ingredients together. Empty the martini glass of ice.
