Only Bed and Breakfast Our discounted rate is based on two people sharing a twin or double room including breakfast. Full pre payment is required at the time of booking, the rate is non refundable and subject to availability. For further information or to make a booking please contact our reservations team on or sandyres@qnhgroup.com 1. A non refundable/non transferable deposit of per person is payable 14 days after a provisional booking is made along with a signed booking form. A definite booking now exists between the two parties. If a deposit of per person is not received within the 14 days, your booking will automatically be released. If your numbers decrease after the deposit is paid you will forfeit the deposit(s), these cannot be transferred to the outstanding balance. 2.All balances must be paid by 1 st November and are nonrefundable. Any final balances not received by this date will result in the cancellation of the booking without notice. 3. All private lets are subject to Garden Court Sandy standard Conference & Events Terms and Conditions, a copy of which are available, please request when booking. 4. Multiple cheque s will not be accepted. 5. Parties of 8 or more cannot be guaranteed to be on one table. 6. The hotel reserves the right to change any specific room booked. The hotel reserves the right to change the entertainment on any particular date. 7. Account bars can be arranged with prior notice but prepayment of this amount must be received by the hotel prior to the date. 8. We do not allow any guests to bring in their own drink, or for any extra guests to join the party after the meal. 9. Speeches or raffles are not allowed as they interfere with the enjoyment of other parties. 10. Any guest whose behavior gives the hotel concern in any way whatsoever will be asked to leave or will be refused admission. Any damages caused will be charged for. 11. Any special diets must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. 12. Wine to be preordered and prepaid to ensure availability.
