10 Additional Information DEPOSITS There is a $500 non-refundable deposit due at the time the contract is signed. IMPORTANT DATES Final golf guarantee is due 10 business days prior to outing Final food guarantee is due 10 business days prior to outing Golf pairings must be received 3 days prior to outing Course/hole signage must be received 1 day prior to outing Final Payment- Contract The final payment is due one week prior. Any charges during the outing must be paid that day. COURSE POLICIES We expect all golfers to respect the course rules at all times. Groups are expected to finish their round in under 4.5 hours. Replace divots, repair ball marks on green and follow the cart rules for the day. Proper attire must be worn on the course when playing. This consists of a collared shirt and golf slacks or shorts. Jeans are not allowed on the course. Failure to have on the proper attire will result in the golfer not playing. There will be no refund for failure to follow the course policies.
