2 Christmas and New Year 2017 We are delighted to bring you our exciting Christmas and New Year Programme Only 20 minutes from Gatwick and the centre of Brighton, and with ample free car parking, it s the ideal spot to enjoy some seasonal fun. Our Oak Tree Bistro is perfect for enjoying a festive lunch, after you ve relaxed over a festive drink in The Grange Bar. We ve put together a selection of Christmas Party Night dates from per person. so book a table or join other groups and dance the night away with our Resident DJ, Jon Hill. All you need to bring are your dancing shoes! For New Year s Eve, you can welcome in 2018 with a sumptuous banquet and raise a glass at our residential New Year s Eve Gala Party. For party night reservations, a non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is required within 14 days of making the reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Party Nights to ensure optimum numbers. Please note that shared party tables may apply to groups of less than 8 guests. Full prepayment is required by 6th November 2017 or if you book after this date then full payment is requested at the time of booking. Deposits and any final payments made for guests who subsequently cancel cannot be refunded and cannot be offset against final balance for the revised number of guests that finally attend. For Christmas residential packages, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total bill per person is required within 14 days of making the reservation and the balance is due no later than 6th November For Christmas Day luncheon bookings, a nonrefundable deposit of 15 per person is required within 14 days of making the reservation and the balance is due no later than 6th November If deposits are not received within 14 days, the reservation may be automatically released without prior notification. All prices include VAT at 20%. Prices and details are based on classic accommodation and are subject to availability. Supplements apply to bedrooms booked for single occupancy and upgraded room types.
