5 Skovsøen The fine ice cream kiosk in the beech wood around Odense, Denmark has a set of mom s - machines. It s called Skovsøen which means The Forest Lake. Chicken nuggets It s just by the lake in the beech wood called Fruens Bøge (which means The Lady s Beeches) - and one of the favourite recreational spots for the people in Odense in the summer. French fries fit perfect into the menu og sausages and ice creams. The small wooden kiosk in the middle of the forrest could never have a deep fat frier. It would simply be too dangerous. 6 Hjejlekiosken, Silkeborg, Denmark There are mom s-machines in the kiosk by the floodgates as well as the Hjejle-kiosk in Silkeborg, Denmark. Hjejlekiosken has its name from Hjejlen, which is a famous Danish paddle steamer buildt in Søren Hansen serves french fries and burgers to his customers - and he has no problems keeping up, when they are pouring in. In the summer, huge amount of tourists are visiting the area, and the kiosks need to be ready at any time. Søren Hansen likes his two mom s-machines very much. They like the food we serve - so that can t get any better. For a long time we had been looking for the perfect solution for our customers - and we were happy we we finally met the people behind the mom s-machine. The machine is just what we ve been missing and the customers have already embraced it. Our café is decorated like in our grandparents house - we have candles and flowers on the tables, it has to be nice to visit us. Therefore, we must also be able to serve food that tastes as if it was homemade, and a mom s is just what we needed. 8 OK Plus, Blommenslyst, Denmark Within the chain of convenience stores OK Plus - there is one particular, very clear example of the benefits a mom s solution will provide. It s the gas station in Blommenslyst, Denmark. A calculation that Jeanette, the owner, has made herself shows significant savings. This makes it possible to have a full menu in a very high standard, without having a spacious kitchen and lots of staff. Café Plenum has a compact, very organized kitchen - and of course a mom s.
