1 KOWALSKI S TRADITIONAL TURKEY DINNER Serves REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS LOCAL NATURALLY RAISED FERNDALE TURKEY TURKEY MUST BE COMPLETELY REHEATED BEFORE SERVING. REMOVE TURKEY FROM PACKAGING. Place turkey in a roasting pan; brush with 4 tbsp. melted butter. Roast, covered, in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hr. Uncover; brush with 4 tbsp. melted butter. Continue roasting until skin is golden-brown and thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh, not touching bone, reaches 140 (40-70 min.). Let stand, covered, for at least 20 min. before slicing. POULTRY GRAVY* Pour into a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil and stir for 1 min. SIDES* MASHED POTATOES MAPLE SWEET POTATOES SAGE AND ONION DRESSING TO BAKE: Remove lid; loosely cover container with foil. Heat in a preheated 350 oven until hot (75-90 min. for mashed potatoes, about 90 min. for sweet potatoes, and about 60 min. for dressing), stirring halfway through. TO MICROWAVE: Scoop into a microwave-safe container; loosely cover with a paper towel. Microwave until hot (5-10 min.), stirring halfway through. HOLIDAY GREEN BEANS Remove plastic seal from package; vent lid slightly and microwave until desired tenderness (5-7 min.). If desired, add butter or extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. * Gravy and sides must be heated to 165. 7 KOWALSKI S PRIME RIB DINNER Serves 8 REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS PRIME RIB Keep refrigerated until ready to prepare. Preheat oven to 300º. Remove roast from plastic wrapper. In a 2" deep roasting pan, place roast fat side up and tightly cover with aluminum foil. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of pan. Roast in oven for approx hrs., or to an internal temperature of 125º for medium-rare doneness. For medium doneness, cook to an internal temperature of 135º. This will increase cooking time by approx. 30 min. Using a meat thermometer will ensure roasts are done to the desired internal temperature. For a crispy outer crust, remove tin foil and set oven to broil; roast for an additional 5 min. TO CARVE: Remove string from Prime Rib. Use your fingers to hold the roast in place with the fat cap facing you; carve " slices, cutting roast across muscle (the short way). Do not cut the full length of the roast. AU JUS Mix 1 part Au Jus and 2 parts water in a sauce pan; bring to a boil. Serve on the side of the roast in small serving dishes. Remove foil lid and pour 1 container of Swedish Meatball Sauce over the meatballs and stir to combine evenly. Replace foil lid. Place in oven for min. until hot throughout and an internal temperature of 165 is achieved. Remove from oven; let stand for 5 min. Serve immediately. TO MICROWAVE: Remove the meatballs from the foil pan and place in a microwave safe container. Pour 1 container of Swedish Meatball Sauce over the meatballs and stir to combine evenly.
