11 Terms and Conditions DDR: - Based on the size of the booking, date of the event, and start/finish time an additional room hire charge might apply - Buffet sandwich lunch is based on a chef selection; it will always include 1 meat, 1 fish and 1 vegetarian option. Minimum Spends: these vary based on the booking time and day of the week. Also, based on the size of the group, an additional room hire charge might be applicable. FB Package: - Food and beverage items are set and cannot be substituted. - All the food needs to be pre-ordered by no later than 7 days prior to the event date. - We are happy to provide any information about the presence of allergens in any of our food or drinks. Whilst a dish may not contain a specific allergen, due to the wide range of ingredients used in our kitchen, food may be at risk of cross-contamination. Minimum Numbers - DDR: minimum 5 attendees - Canapés and Drinks: minimum 10 attendees - Meal Package and Special Events Set Menus: minimum 15 attendees Payment & VAT - A full pre-payment is required for any package listed in this brochure. - VAT invoices available upon request - A discretionary 12.5% service charge will apply to the final bill Deposit: - Based on the size of the group and booking date, a deposit will be required in order to guarantee the reservation. - The deposit will be deducted from the final bill upon event completion - Deposit refundable for cancellations up to maximum 14 days prior to the event date.
