7 The time is now BOOK YOUR CELEBRATION PHONE: Terms & Conditions: All bookings will be provisional and will be held for no longer than 10 days pending receipt of written confirmation and a non-refundable deposit of 10 per person required. All alterations to a booking must be confirmed in writing. Full payment is required by 1st November No deposit will be transferred or used for other products. Once final payment is made no refunds or credit vouchers will be given. No refund will be considered on bookings cancelled less than 28 days before the event. Any alterations in numbers may not be accepted from 14 days prior to the event. In the event of any functions having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given. We reserve the rights to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control. Any additional service or services must be paid for on the night. No credit facilities will be offered. All times are subject to approval by Local Licensing Authority.
