1 Welcome to Beechdown Events Thank you for considering us for your upcoming event. We can cater for anything, whether it is a birthday party, an anniversary celebration, christening, prom, Barmitzvah or any other excuse to throw a great event! Our Beech and Cedar Suites- The Beech is our largest room, offering space for up to 150 people in reception style, extended to 200 when use of our Cedar Suite dance floor is included. You also have access to our fully stocked bar and sun terrace with canopy, which is perfect for hog roast and BBQs. Our Willow Suite- The Willow is our most intimate room, ideal for smaller events with up to 60 people in reception style. Willow also has direct access to our fully stocked bar. Sit down meals are available in Willow, take a look at our capacities for more information on room size. The Brasserie Restaurant and Bar- Our Brasserie is available Saturday evenings from 7:30pm only. Benefiting from direct access to our patio and garden, it is ideal for garden parties, Hog Roasts and BBQs utilising our outdoor kitchen. You can also hire The Breeze House at a small additional fee, which is the perfect addition on a summers evening.

Starters Traditional Caesar salad (v) Caesar salad with strips of grilled chicken Duck liver parfait with spicy fruit chutney snd melba toast Italian antipasto with cured ham, salami, olives, tomatoes, mozzarella with balsamic oil Pressed ham hock terrine with piccalilli served with toasted brioche Trio of melon with minted Pimms syrup (v) Sweet potato and roast red pepper soup served with a splash of chilli cumin oil (v) Smoked salmon and king prawns with a lime cucumber mousse, served with soda bread Main Courses Breast of corn-fed chicken wrapped in Parma ham with sun dried tomatoes, fondant potatoes and crisp green beans Roasted rump of Hampshire lamb, fresh rosemary and thyme, young leek & red onion compote with dauphinoise potatoes Caramelised onion and leek tart with creamed spinach and parmentier potatoes (v) Roasted spring chicken with fresh marjoram and lemon juice, a medley of baby carrots and asparagus spears with chateau potatoes Grilled salmon fillet with hollandaise sauce on lemon scented crushed new potatoes and stem broccoli Slow cooked braised beef bourguignon, roasted parsnips and carrots with mashed potato Slow roasted belly of pork, savoy cabbage and sauté potatoes with sweet apple jus Mediterranean vegetable risotto, saffron, champagne and parmesan (v) Crisp stuffed sea bass with langoustine, served on tomato, black olive and spinach risotto

7 Our Room Tariffs The rates below are based on evening hire from 7pm* Beech Suite Cedar Suite Willow Suite Beech and Cedar Suites Willow Suite, when booked with Beech and Cedar The Brasserie Bar and Restaurant from 7:30pm on Saturdays only Breeze House *If your event is not a full day, we can still accommodate this - get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.
8 Your Questions Answered Who will be our contact on the day? Throughout the planning of your event, our Meetings & Events Team will be your point of contact. On the day we have a highly committed and professional operational team lead by our Events Manager who will ensure that your event runs smoothly and efficiently. How do we make a booking? We are happy to take a provisional booking from you and will hold that for as long as you need to decide. However, should we get another enquiry for the same date; we will then chase you for a decision. If you wish to go ahead with the booking, we require a security deposit of 250 to secure the date. A contract and our terms of trading will then be sent to you for signing as the final agreement. When does final payment have to be made? Final payment must be made no later than one month before the event. Once you have paid your deposit, you are able to pay any amount at any time towards the cost of your events as long as it is paid in full one month prior to the event. When do I need to confirm final numbers by? We ask you confirm your final number of guests one month before, as your final payment is based on this figure.
