With two distinct spaces - a large dining hall and the white rooms function space, now boasting a new stylish interior - Johnny s Emporium can offer a versatile space that can be set for intimate dinners, cocktail functions or large groups of 100 plus. We have put this package together to guide you through what we can offer. 3 Select Style Seated Dining Our kitchen offers a plentiful and diverse selection of fare designed by our acclaimed Head Chef - Daniel Morris. Focusing on fresh Australian produce and flavours. Johnny s Emporium contemporary menu features flavours from the Orient, Mexico and beyond. Our banquet family dinners can be found on page 5. Cocktail Events If you are planning a birthday. Cocktail Party, Farewell, Corporate Function or just a night out with a large group of your nearest and dearest, the following information is for you. We can cater for functions from people. Areas can be reserved within the main dining hall. The White Rooms function area can be booked exclusively for functions up to 80 people. We also offer exclusive venue hire. Reservations will require a deposit. All food packages must be paid for and confirmed prior to the function. We are happy to set up bar tabs for beverages for you and your guests. 3/9

7 Terms & Conditions Bookings The White Rooms Function space, our Canapé Menu and our Banquet Family Dinner is available for groups of 40 or more. Catering Dietary requirements are to be finalised 2 weeks prior to function Final function numbers are to finalised 1 week prior to the function Cakes are welcome, cakes incur a $30 per group cakeage fee All other external food is not permitted, unless previously agreed to by the venue Johnny s Emporium is the only authorised licensee to sell and serve liquor, including wine and spirits on the premises. Function Area Decorations are welcome. Please remove at end of function Audio-visual and other equipment is available on request We have the facility to play or stream your playlists from your device or ours. Responsible Service Johnny s Emporium staff are bound by the conditions of our Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. As such, intoxicated guests will not be served Our liquor license finishes at 1am on Friday and Saturday nights, at which time the bar closes. Confirmation & Deposits Management requires a deposit to guarantee venue availability, this may be in the form of credit card information or monetary value Bookings taken without a deposit will only be held for 5 days Cancellations made more that 3 weeks before the commencement of your function will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the commencement of the function will forfeit their deposit. Payment If a partial pre-payment (deposit) has been made, the final payment of balance must be made in full by either cash or credit cart at the end of the event. All credit cards used to hold a bar tab are to remain in the possession of the Emporium until the bar tab account is signed off and paid in full. A minimum spend requirement may apply to certain functions as discussed with and specified prior to the event by Emporium Management. Liability The client is responsible for any loss or damage of Emporium property caused by guests attending the function. Johnny s Emporium will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment, merchandise or personal effects left on the premises prior to, during or after the function. 7/9
