Staffing Your Event & Delivery Charges All pricing you see for our express party tray menus are for delivery drop off service. An additional charge for delivery will be added based on your location. If you choose to have your event staffed, pricing is based on a minimum 3-hour event time, 18% service charge plus a staffing charge. There is a minimum of 25 guests for this option.
