7 FUNCTION BOOKING AGREEMENT Confirmation of Bookings: Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit is received. The deposit is $100 to confirm your booking, we require a signed copy of this Function Booking Agreement Payment: The contract signatory is liable to pay all the money due under this agreement. We do not provide credit. All functions accounts must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event. Final Numbers: The final numbers are to be confirmed at least seven days before the event. Increases are acceptable if adequate notice is given. It is your responsibility to notify us of final numbers. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number or the number attending whichever is greater. Cancellations: If the function is cancelled and a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited. Equipment Hire and Decoration Charges: A Marquee, Lights and Heating are provided in the cost of the function. Charges apply for all special equipment or facilities provided for each function. We welcome any function organiser into the venue to decorate but request that confirmation be gained by venue staff before arrival. Security: Security is mandatory for 18th birthday parties and will be provided by the club at an additional cost. Smoking Policy: The clubhouse is non-smoking facility. Outdoor Smoking areas are available. Dress Code: The club dress code is neat casual & applies to all persons attending functions. Specifically requires: no singlets, no overalls no beach wear. All patrons must wear shoes at all times. Consumption of own beverage: Function organisers and guests are not permitted to supply their own beverages. Delivery and Pickup of Equipment: The venue must be advised of all deliveries and collections made on behalf of the client. Payment for deliveries of good must be made by the client in advance. Assistance for moving in or out of equipment will only be possible if staff are available

8 FUNCTION BOOKING AGREEMENT Responsibility: The patron assumes responsibility for all damage cause by them or any of their guest, invitees or other people attending the function. If any damage to the venue should occur costs for any such damage will be charged to the organiser of the function. The venue will take all necessary care but will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any client s property on the premise before, during and after a function. The patron is responsibility to conduct the function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with the rules and house policy of the venue management and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to intervene if a function s activities are considered illegal, noisy or offensive. The venue practise RSA and reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any guest it considers to be under age or intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner. Any guest under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under the age of 18 may not consume alcoholic beverages either with or without permission from parents. Any failure to comply with the above 2 points may result in the termination of the function immediately without refund.
