1 2016 Wedding Packages Our Elegant River Room features vast window views overlooking the Kankakee River. With seating for up to 300 guests. We can service any style event from an elegant plated dinner to a fun Hors D'oeuvres reception. Discounts are available for Friday and Sunday Receptions Pricing per Person includes the Following: Complimentary Champagne toast for the head table, cutting and service of your cake, decorative mirror for your centerpiece, selection of colored napkins, 3 color choices of table linens, table skirting as needed for all display tables including: head table, cake table, gift table, etc. Rental Policies River front outdoor ceremonies are available to you at no charge with the booking of your reception. There is no Room Rental Fee, However: 1. A Minimum Guarantee of 75 guests (or $1800 before tax and tip) must be met for Saturday functions or a fee will be applied. 2. All food & beverage prices are subject to 18% service charge and 6.25% sales tax. 3. Optional coat check staffing is available for a $50.00 fee. 4. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 and a signed contract is required to reserve your date. 5. There is a Bartender Set up Fee of $50. This fee may be waived for any host or cash bar of $250 or higher. 6. When choosing more than one plated option, we do require a seating chart and place cards to distinguish entree selection. 7. No outside food or beverage is permitted anywhere on the premises except your wedding cake, candy bar, or chocolate fountain. 8. A final guaranteed headcount and full payment is due no later than 5 business days prior to your event and is not subject to reduction. 9. All menu prices are subject to change at any time. You are welcome to employ the service of outside vendors for your cake, outdoor chair rentals, arch rentals, decorations, chair covers, table linens, DJ or entertainment, Chocolate fountains and ice sculptures.
