1 Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo 7-8 Hours on Low boneless skinless chicken breasts tablespoons of minced garlic stick of butter brick of cream cheese cups of shredded parmesan cheese cups of milk 0 oz bag of broccoli florets fettuccine noodles Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave or on stove top. Stir together with milk and parmesan cheese until it is no longer clumpy. Place chicken, garlic and broccoli in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour Alfredo mixture over the top. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. When your food is done cooking, the butter may have separated from the milk. Don t panic, it s perfectly normal and will be fine! Remove the chicken and whisk it back in. Cut chicken up with kitchen shears or a knife. During the last hour, add fettuccine noodles, or just cook them on the stove and add them at the end. If you need to thicken your sauce, you could: Leave lid off for the last 0 minutes or so, to thicken it up. Add more parmesan cheese; Make a roux by melting butter, slowly adding in flour and milk until it makes a gravy paste and then pour it into the slow cooker. Keep in mind, that as it cools, it gets thicker. Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave. Stir together with milk and parmesan cheese until it is no longer clumpy or at least clumps are minimal. Place chicken, garlic and broccoli in a one gallon sized freezer safe bag. Pour Alfredo sauce over the top of the chicken. Remove as much air as you can from the bag and seal bag. Label and lay as flat as possible to freeze.
2 Chicken Gnocchi Soup -8 Hours on Low stalks of celery small onion, grated large carrots, grated tablespoons minced garlic tablespoons of flour 9 chicken bouillon cubes 0 cups Water teaspoon ground nutmeg teaspoon of salt / teaspoon ground thyme c. fresh spinach boneless, skinless chicken breasts c. Heavy Cream oz. Gnocchi, frozen or fresh Cornstarch, if needed Cold Water, if needed 8. Chop celery. Grate onion and carrots. Slice chicken into small, bite sized pieces. (If you prefer to skip this step, you put it in whole and wait and chop it up after the food is cooked) Mix together water and tablespoons of flour, until flour is dissolved. Place chicken, vegetables, water mixture, chicken bouillon and spices in slow cooker. Cook on low for -8 hours. About an hour before you are ready to eat, add heavy cream, baby spinach and gnocchi. If your soup needs thickened up a little, mix together some cornstarch and cold water and pour into the soup. 8. Chop celery. Grate onion and carrots. Slice chicken into small, bite-sized pieces. Place, chicken, vegetables, bouillon cubes and spices into gallon sized freezer safe bag. Label Chicken Gnocchi Soup and lay flat to freeze. On cooking day, take 0 cups of water and dissolve tablespoons of flour in it. Pour freezer bag full if ingredients in slow cooker and pour water over the top of that. Cook on low for -8 hours, being sure to add the cream, spinach and gnocchi an hour before it s done. Side suggestions: Salad and breadsticks

On cooking day, place contents of freezer bag into the slow cooker and add pinto beans, chili beans, kidney beans, pork & beans and white northern beans to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for - hours. Side suggestions: Ham sandwich and potato salad.
4 Cheeseburger Casserole -8 Hours on Low lbs. ground beef medium onion oz. cans crushed tomatoes ½ cup water teaspoons dijon mustard teaspoon Italian seasonings oz box of spiral pasta or rotini cups shredded cheddar cheese ¾ cup diced dill pickles (optional) Brown ground beef. Chop onion Add ground beef, onion, water, dijon mustard and Italian seasonings to slow cooker. Cook on low for -8 hours. About minutes before time to serve, boil pasta noodles. Slowly stir into the meat mixture, until noodles are well covered. Top with shredded cheese and diced pickles. Brown ground beef. Chop onion Add ground beef, onion, water, dijon mustard and Italian seasonings to gallon sized freezer safe bag. Label & lay flat to freeze. Side suggestions: French fries and corn on the cob.
5 Maple & Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin 8-9 Hours on Low - lbs pork tenderloin salt and pepper to taste teaspoons minced garlic / cup maple flavored syrup / cup Dijon mustard / cup honey / cup brown sugar tablespoon apple cider vinegar teaspoon thyme tablespoon cornstarch tablespoon cold water Lightly salt & pepper the pork tenderloin on all sides. Place in slow cooker. Mix together garlic, syrup, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, vinegar and thyme. Pour it over the top of the pork tenderloin. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for - hours. When done, remove the tenderloin from slow cooker. Pour juices into a sauce pan, bring to a boil and simmer for several minutes. Mix together tablespoons of water and tablespoons of cornstarch and pour into sauce pan, and cook another minute or two longer, until it is thick like a gravy. Serve over tenderloin. Lightly salt and pepper pork tenderloin. Place in gallon sized freezer safe bag. Mix together garlic, syrup, dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, vinegar and thyme. Pour it over the top of the pork tenderloin in bag. Label & lay flat to freeze. Side suggestions: Mashed potatoes and peas.
6 Pepper Steak 7-8 Hours on Low - pounds top sirloin onion can ( ounces) sliced stewed tomatoes tablespoons brown sugar tablespoons soy sauce tablespoon Worcestershire sauce green bell pepper cup beef broth teaspoon minced garlic / teaspoon ground cayenne pepper / teaspoon ground ginger tablespoons cornstarch + tablespoons water yellow bell peppers orange bell pepper red bell pepper Rice (served over) Trim any fat from the sirloin. Chop one onion and one bell pepper. Slice the red, yellow and orange bell peppers. Mix together stewed tomatoes, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, green pepper, beef broth, garlic, cayenne pepper, and ginger in slow cooker Mix together cornstarch and water. Pour into slow cooker while stirring to mix it in well. Place meat in slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. About hours before it is done cooking, stir in the sliced peppers. (That way they won t get too soggy) Serve over rice Trim fat from top sirloin. Chop one onion and one bell pepper. Slice the red, yellow and orange bell peppers. Mix together stewed tomatoes, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, green pepper, beef broth, garlic, cayenne pepper, and ginger in gallon sized freezer safe bag. Mix together cornstarch and water. Pour into bag and squish it around so that it mixes well. If there s room, you can add the top sirloin to this bag, but it is OK to leave them separate. Label bag and lay flat to freeze. Place sliced peppers in another freezer safe bag. Label with Pepper Steak, bag and lay flat to freeze. Side suggestions: Serve over Rice
