1 Welcome to the Six Sisters Stuff Monthly Menu Plan! Thank you for subscribing! You can download your weekly menu plan by clicking on the link in your account labeled Menu Plan Week #. All subsequent menu plans will be ed out each Friday directly to the address used during the sign up process. The new menu plans will also be available in your account to download each Friday. This weekly menu is just a suggestion, but you can mix and match the recipes as you please! The shopping list attached only includes the ingredients needed to make the 10 recipes in the menu plan. Any personal items or additional side dishes will need to be added individually. 3 Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu Serves 6 prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 6 hours 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 cup milk 6 slices deli ham 6 slices Swiss cheese 1 (8 ounce) package herbed dry bread stuffing mix ¼ cup butter, melted Mix together the cream of chicken soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour enough of the soup into a slow cooker to cover the bottom. Layer chicken breasts over the sauce. Cover with slices of ham and then Swiss cheese. Pour the remaining soup over the layers, stirring a little to distribute between layers. Sprinkle the stuffing on top, and drizzle butter over stuffing. Cover, and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 2-3 hours.

4 20 minute skillet lasagna Serves 6-8 prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 15 mins 1 pound lean ground beef 1 (12 ounce) package bow tie noodles, uncooked 1 (26 ounce) jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning ½ cups Mozzarella cheese ½ cups sour cream Brown ground beef in small pan. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. After noodles are cooked, drain and drizzle with olive oil. Mix in your spaghetti sauce. Add your browned beef, seasonings, cheese, and sour cream. Fold together and allow it all to combine and melt together, over low heat, for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

5 FAjita salad Serves 6 prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 10 mins 1-2 cups diced chicken 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 green pepper, sliced 1 red pepper, sliced ½ red onion, sliced ½ (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning 1 fresh bunch romaine lettuce, chopped (or 1 bag) 1 cup corn (I used fire-roasted canned corn, drained) ½ cup sliced olives, drained 2 roma tomatoes, diced Chipotle Southwest Dressing or Chipotle Ranch for topping (I used the low fat version) In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in olive oil. Add in peppers and onion until they start to get a little bit tender (you don't want mushy peppers on your salad). Remove from heat and stir in taco seasoning. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, corn, olives, and tomatoes. Add in the chicken and peppers. Serve with Chipotle dressing.

6 Slow cooker kalua pork Serves 8 prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 10 hours 1 (2-4 pound) pork shoulder or butt roast, fat trimmed 1 Tablespoon sea salt 1 Tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring 3-4 cups cooked brown or white rice Chopped green peppers (optional) Diced tomatoes (optional) Chopped onions (optional) Banana peppers (optional) Diced cucumbers (optional) Sliced olives (optional) Teriyaki sauce (optional) Pierce the outside of the pork all over with a fork. Rub salt and liquid smoke over the meat. Place roast in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for hours, turning the roast over halfway through. Remove meat from slow cooker and shred with two forks, adding drippings to moisten as needed. Serve over rice and top with your favorite vegetables and teriyaki sauce.

7 bbq Turkey Burgers Serves 4 prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 15 mins ¼ cup chopped onion ¼ cup barbecue sauce, divided 2 Tablespoons dry breadcrumbs 2 teaspoons prepared mustard ¾ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1 pound ground turkey 4 large leaf lettuce leaves 4 tomato slices 4 hamburger buns In a mixing bowl, combine onion, 2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and ground turkey. Mix until well combined. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Heat grill to medium-high heat and place patties on the grill. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Serve patties on a bun with lettuce, tomato and remaining barbecue sauce.

8 Gourmet vegetarian Pizza Serves 6 prep time: 10 mins Cook time: Varies 1 unbaked pizza crust 1 cup ranch dressing 1 Tablespoon minced garlic 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic salt Dash of minced green onions Dash of Italian seasoning Fresh spinach Sliced zucchini Mushrooms Artichoke Hearts Tomatoes Minced Onions Grated Mozzarella Cheese Parmesan Cheese Spread pizza crust on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Combine ranch dressing, garlic, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, green onions and Italian seasoning to make garlic sauce. Spread creamy garlic sauce on top of crust. Add fresh vegetables (and any other toppings you like), sprinkle grated cheeses on top, and bake according to crust directions.

9 Baked red potato wedges Serves 6 prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 40 mins 6-8 red potatoes, cut into lengthwise quarters (each potato cut into 8 wedges) 3-4 Tablespoons olive oil 3 Tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon seasoned salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grab a large baking sheet with edges and line with aluminum foil. Pour olive oil on top of the aluminum foil and spread around the foil. Combine all dry ingredients into a bag either gallon-sized resealable plastic bag or paper bag - and add a few potatoes at a time. Shake to coat well. Place the potatoes coated side down into the oil in the pan. Continue doing this until all the potatoes have been coated and placed in the oil. Bake for about 20 minutes and then pull out and flip over on the other side. Bake for an additional 20 minutes. Pull wedges out of the oven and, if desired, sprinkle with salt. Serve hot.

10 30 Minute Dinner Rolls makes 12 rolls prep time: 20 mins Cook time: 10 mins 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water ⅓ cup vegetable oil 2 Tablespoons active dry yeast ¼ cup sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 egg 3½ cups all-purpose flour Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, oil, yeast and sugar; let rest for 5-10 minutes or until frothy and bubbly (you can also make this recipe without a stand mixer - just use a big bowl, a large wooden spoon). With a dough hook, mix in salt, egg and 2 cups of flour until combined. Add remaining flour ½ cup at a time (dough will be sticky). Spray your hands with cooking spray and shape the dough into 12 balls. After shaped, place on lightly greased cookie sheet and let rest for 10 minutes. Bake for about 10 minutes or until tops are lightly golden.

11 chocolate sugar cookie bars Serves 24 prep time: 15 mins Cook time: 14 mins ½ cup butter, softened ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup sugar 1 egg 2 teaspoons vanilla ¼ cup sour cream (could also substitute plain Greek yogurt) 2 cups flour ½ cup cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt Frosting: ½ cup butter, softened ¼ cup milk 1-2 teaspoons vanilla (depending on your taste) 3 tablespoons of cocoa 2-3 cups of powdered sugar sprinkles, optional Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add in the egg, vanilla, and sour cream and mix until completely incorporated. Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix well. Stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Press the dough into the prepared pan and bake for minutes (be sure not to over bake or they will become dry). While waiting for the bars to cool, make your frosting by mixing all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth (I used a hand mixer). Add more powdered sugar or milk until you reach desired consistency and spread on top of bars. If desired, top frosting with sprinkles.

12 Rolo Stuffed SnickerDoodles makes 48 cookies prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 9 mins ½ cup butter ½ cup shortening 1½ cups sugar 2 eggs 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 48 Rolo candies 2 Tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream together butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, flatten in your palm, place a Rolo in the middle and form a ball around it. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-9 minutes until lightly browned, but still soft.
