This includes a select number of canapes passed around during your event for the period of 2 hours or until full, whichever occurs first. 7 TH E FI NE PR IN T Additional Chairs, tables and linen are items that will need to be hired externally as we only hold limited storage of furniture. We understand that each couple has their own unique view as to what they would like their specials day to look like. Prince Lane can also assist with the coordination, hire and set up of these items. The ultimate wedding package at Prince Lane require a minimum of 50 people for our package price to apply. A 10% deposit is required to secure the requested date. A 50% payment of minimum spend is due three months (3) prior to the event date; full payment of all cost is payable no later than 30 days prior to the event. Our packages offer food and beverage for a minimum two-hour (2) period with the option to extend if required Menu selections are to be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the event, if the menu selection is not provided by this time, Prince Lane cannot guarantee availability of all items Allergens are indicated on all food items on our functions menu however please ensure any specific dietary requirements are communicated at least 30 days prior to the event Any increase in guest numbers is subject to availability. AV equipment is available however some AV equipment comes at an additional cost. Minimum spend can not be used towards items from external contractors. Prince lane does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of external or internal hire equipment made by the client prior to, during and after the event Please speak to our functions team about your AV requirements. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled, or adhered to any wall, door, floors, or other surfaces without prior approval from management. Personal cheques will not be accepted. EFT (Electronic funds transfer or Direct Deposit) payments must be referenced with the invoice number and a remittance advice must be ed with the inclusion of the reference number. CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you wish to cancel your booking; written notice is required. Upon cancellation the deposit will be forfeited. Should your booking be canceled within 30 days of the event date 100% of the total cost will be deemed payable. Prince Lane will not provide a refund for no shows on the day of your event.
