1 PACKINGTON MOOR DISHES TO TAKE HOME Taste the Season...at Home Our Catering Service to take away includes anything from delicious traditional dishes such as Casseroles and Lasagnes to large desserts, nibbles and finger food. We really can help you with any occasion. All of our dishes are made in the Packington Kitchens from scratch using the highest quality fresh ingredients; local wherever possible. The dishes are displayed ready for you to serve and can be collected from the Shop or delivered by arrangement. A charge of 6 is made for delivery within a five mile radius and within a ten mile radius (destinations further-a-field can be discussed!). Orders will be presented in or on a selection of our ceramic and metal containers. We do require a small deposit for this equipment. You can also supply your own dishes for us to use (Basic menu prices may need adjusting slightly but this can be discussed) We often do Seasonal menus with new recipes and dishes created especially for that time of year. Please keep an eye out for information on these in the farm shop or alternatively, ask one of our staff! Please ask about our gluten free and vegetarian options All of our dishes are prepared in areas where allergens including nuts are used and stored. 4 Potatoes Creamy mashed potatoes Crunchy roast potatoes New minted potatoes with parsley butter Dauphinoise with cheese, garlic, etc as required 7.50 for 6 portions for 10 portions All of our pies and casseroles are prepared ready to re-heat home or in the case of the lasagne cooked until bubbly hot and golden on the top. The pies have a cooked filling with an uncooked pastry top ready for you to bake at home and serve. Cooking instructions can be included and guidance is always available on the quantities to choose. We can supply the dishes in disposable, oven proof containers or china dishes (a deposit will be required). Alternatively you may bring your own dishes which can be filled and the price quoted accordingly. 48 hours notice is the minimum for these orders by calling into the shop, telephone or . 4

5 PACKINGTON MOOR BBQ TO TAKE HOME We have developed a delicious summer BBQ menu especially for the summer months. Pre order meat, salads and desserts and simply collect on the day. We can do all of the hard work for you! Meats will be displayed on disposable platters, ready to cook. Salads and potatoes can be supplied in either disposable containers to decant or ceramic dishes. All china ware supplied by Packington Moor will require deposit dependent on quantities). Smoked Salmon Pinwheels, made with wholemeal bread Watercress Pinwheels filled with smoked salmon and cream cheese Parma ham and melon cones Mozzarella and cherry tomato kebabs Croutons topped with pate (chicken liver, smoked mackerel or mushroom) Mini Savoury choux buns filled with cream cheese and honey roast ham Tiny spicy corn scones topped with various items Pineapple and smoked bacon morsels (will require cooking at home) Sweetcorn and bacon wraps Mini Toad in the Hole with beef and horseradish or sausage and tomato salsa (will require re-heating and assembly) Mini tartlets filled with cream cheese, caramelized onions, olives and sun-dried tomatoes Blinis filled with cream cheese and smoked salmon Hot cocktail sausages with a mustard dip (will require re-heating) Chilli cocktail sausages with a cream cheese and chive dip Potato bites with horseradish and beef Parma rolls stuffed with rocket A choice of six items is an ideal amount to accompany reception drinks and would be charged at approximately 5.95 per head.
