1 OUR TEAM I am proud to be the Head Chef of Whyte s Restaurant since Our Team of Chris, Rob & Maria have been, and remain a vital asset to me in helping Whyte s achieve so much success. Our Front of house team is expertly lead by Fran, who will ensure you receive the warmest of welcomes. OUR ETHOS We are passionate about good food here in Whyte s & it is our policy to use the very best of seasonally available local produce wherever possible. Our specials of the day provide a seasonal choice apart from our a la carte menu and we also love to try something different at the weekend. So lookout for our weekend specials! At Whyte s we want all of our customers to be happy and with this in mind we provide gluten-free and coeliac options. OUR SUPPLIERS Our suppliers guarantee that all beef, pork and poultry is 100% Irish and HAACP traceable to the farm of origin. Our Top Quality suppliers include Frances & Ivan Curran, Pat & Mary Clarke, William Mc Cormack, Mick Doyle & Gerry Cannon. All our sauces are made here from our own stocks.
