15 DUTCH NACHOS INGREDIENTS 1 onion finely diced 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 lb ground beef 1 fresh jalapeño pepper sliced 2 tomatoes finely diced 1 green pepper finely diced 4 green onions diced 1 cup of sour cream 1 bag of your favourite Old Dutch chips PREPARATION 1.
