Working with us you can select the music, entertainment, menu and drinks to suit your own personal style. With three suites to choose from, accommodating up to 300 guests, the Holiday Inn Bolton is the perfect place to host your Christmas event. 11 Terms and Conditions All party bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 7 days pending deposit of per person. All alterations to a booking are to be confirmed in writing to conference@hibolton.co.uk by the booker. Full pre-payment is required no later than 1 month before the Event. Any bookings made after this date will require full immediate payment. All monies paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used to pay for any other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy. Prices quoted are inclusive of 20% VAT at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change. All prices and information were correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without notice. To receive the drinks special offers, pre-order and payment must be received two weeks prior to the event. The management reserves the right in unusual circumstances or in a case of under subscription to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund. The management reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events into a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers. All special diets should be notified to the Hotel at least 7 working days before the event. No additional cost will be incurred for these meals provided they are within the cost of the meal chosen. Party night accommodation must be guaranteed with a credit card number. All accounts must be settled on departure. The Hotel will allow individual bedroom cancellations up until 4pm the day prior to arrival, (all group bookings of 8 rooms or more please refer to your contract). Any cancellations after this time will be charged in full for one night at the rate agreed. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate. Rates published in this brochure cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. If you are concerned about food allergies, e.g. nuts, you are invited to ask one of our team members for assistance when selecting menu items. If the Hotel is prevented or hindered from carrying out its obligations hereunder by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (without prejudice to the generality the foregoing) government intervention, strikes, labour disputes, accidents, Acts of God, national disasters of war, then the Hotels liability to the client shall be no greater than the amount paid by the client to the Hotel in the respect of the function. If for any reasons beyond the Hotels reasonable control the services reserved cannot be made available. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference.
