However, this is only a glimpse of what we can do for you. Should your plans include something not found on this menu or you are looking for more suggestions please feel free to call and let us help you customize your menu! Whether you are planning a simple gathering or a big event we are here to help you with all your needs! We appreciate your interest in our catering services and look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate our quality. As a support service of the school district, all revenues generated by the catering department stay in the food service fund. If you have any questions or to place an order, please don t hesitate to call! Placing Your Order To provide you with the best catered services we request a 48 hour notice for your events. To professionally prepare for your needs, we request a final guarantee of your number of attending guest at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Shorter notices may result in charges of up to 70% of the original billing. Minimums All items are priced Á La Carte, on a per person basis, and based on per person pricing and must be $10.00 minimum. Additional Service All catering events that are scheduled for after school hours (3:30) or on weekends will have a labor charge and are subject to a minimum spend of $100 (weekdays) and $ (weekends). All services come with a full set up including plastic plates, cups, utensils, and linens. Flowers and/or special decoration can be provided for your event for an additional charge. 48 hours notice is required for these items. Special equipment rental, china settings, and professional attendants are available at an additional rate with 48 hours notice.
