Completely Cooked, Deep-Frozen Products for Kitchen Professionals, Semi- and Full Convenient The Highest Demands Food service and its kitchen professionals place high demands on the culinary qualities and processing of a product. Moreover, they demand the highest possible safety level, without compromises, in order to eliminate risks for their guests, patients, or residents. Even in terms of the food service customers, the proprietors of Vossko have decided to put only completely cooked convenience articles made from poultry on the market several years ago. Different Levels of Convenience The level of convenience in canteen kitchens is very different. Some kitchen professionals use full convenience products to a large extent, others prefer semi-convenience products which they can use for their own ideas for recipes. Moreover, they can be used flexibly so that the excesses from the production can be processed quickly. Good examples for this are our products cut into strips. Afterwards, add garlic cloves, mushrooms, carrot slices, scallions, peas and bell peppers. Season with pepper, turmeric, curry powder, ginger powder, Sambal Oelek, soy sauce and then let it cook for 10 min until the vegetables have the right consistency. Add rice, which has been cooked in salt water, and the strips of chicken breast. Heat up and then season with salt, pepper and soy sauce. TIP: Heat up the meat in advance, then you don t need any further cooking time after you have put the meat in and the vegetables have been already cooked to the exact cooking point.
