8 The menu will be distributed as follows: 1. At the hour of sleep snack, the nurse will bring the following day's menu along with the snack for the 2. When the nurse comes to take away the snack tray, he/she will record the order of the patient. 3. The nurses will then give the order forms to the dietetic technician 4. The dietetic technician will calculate the total number of entrees and statics. 5. The dietetic technician will report the numbers to the cook 6. When the meal has been prepared, the trays will be assembled in a tray line according to the patient's 7. The nurses will distribute the meals to the patients. Each evening when the nurse bring the patient his/her hour of sleep snack, the menu for the next day will
