This is required within 7 days of making your booking. Signed: Date: Terms and conditions A 50% per person, non refundable deposit for all bookings is required. Full payment is due by 1st December Deposits are required within 7 days of booking. Should you book after 1st December 2012, full pre-payment is due within 3 days to confirm your booking. Bookings for November and beginning of December are to be fully paid 2 weeks prior to the date. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. No beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into the hotel for consumption. The hotel reserves the right to make all entertainment bookings. Any additional entertainment requirements should be directed through the conference and banqueting office. We also reserve the right to move bookings to another hotel, should numbers not meet the required level for specific dates. All party nights are subject to minimum numbers.
