At Warbrook House, we offer two venue options for our Christmas parties; our stunning Grade I listed Mansion House and also our Garden Suite, which is our beautiful semi-permanent marquee set within our 130 acres of grounds. Whether you are looking to hold a private lunch or evening party, or to join one of our fantastic shared party nights, perfect for smaller groups, we have something to suit everyone!

Private parties are available for a minimum of 80 guests. Garden Suite Private Parties from 45 Garden Suite Private Parties The beautiful Garden Suite is our purpose built marquee, offering the perfect setting for your private Christmas party. Private parties are available for a minimum of 60 guests. Mansion House Private Parties from 55 Private Party dates are available from late November through to the end of December For smaller groups why not join one of our shared party nights? Warbrook Joiner Parties from 45 Warbrook Joiner Parties Perfect for smaller groups looking for a big party atmosphere, our Joiner Parties offer the ideal solution! We can also offer the option of private dining before joining other groups on the dance floor after dinner! Joiner Parties can be booked for a minimum of 10 guests for an exclusive table. Smaller groups may be accommodated on shared tables. Available dates: 14 December (Garden Suite), 15 & 22 December (Mansion House) All our packages include: 7pm arrival with a chilled glass of Prosecco, a half bottle of house wine to enjoy with a three-course dinner (see menu overleaf) and tea, coffee & mini mince pies, followed by a DJ and disco until 00:30am and carriages for 1am. From 70 per room including breakfast We have 74 bedrooms set within the grounds of Warbrook, split across the Mansion House, the Grange and the Lodge. Please note the Grange and Lodge buildings are located a short walk from the Mansion House. We offer a combination of double, single, twin and family rooms for your stay. A full English Breakfast is included in the rate and is served in our Canal View Restaurant in the Mansion House. Dress code - dress to impress.
