2 Ordering Procedures General Information: The Erie SeaWolves and our team of foodservice professionals work to accommodate all of our suite guests with the best menu and most delicious favorites in town. If you don t see something you d like, or if have any questions about the menu, just ask! Advanced Ordering Procedures: To provide the freshest food and highest quality service possible, we request that all food and beverage orders be placed at least two business days prior to each event. For your convenience, you may place your order in any of the following ways: It: You will be provided with an electronic order form. Please fill it out and it to Trevor Parnell at tparnell@prosportscatering.com Call It In: You can always call us to place your order. Contact Trevor Fax It: Print out the electronic order form, fill it out, and fax it in. Please fax order form to ATTN: Trevor Delivery of Advance Orders: To provide you and your guests with the finest service, we will deliver your advance order thirty (30) minutes prior to game time, unless otherwise requested. Hot food will be kept warm in chafing dishes within your suite. Cold food will be refrigerated up to your requested delivery time. Our service staff will assist with final touches and preparations. A server will be assigned to you and your guests throughout the event. This service includes set up of your suite, greeting early guests, delivering suite menu food and beverage products, and personal attention for you and your guests for the duration of the game. Day of Game Orders: If you are unable to place an advance order, we welcome you to order upon your arrival by simply contacting your suite server. Please be aware that day of game orders may take up to ONE HOUR for delivery and some items are not available unless ordered prior to game day. Payment Options: Payment options for all food and beverage orders included Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or cash. A credit card number and expiration date will be required at the time the order is placed to guarantee your order. If you choose to provide a different method of payment upon arrival to the game, please notify your suite server. Inclement Weather: In the event that a game is cancelled due to inclement weather, please be aware of the following policies: If you choose to cancel your food order for any reason, the Director of Food and Beverage, Trevor Parnell, must be notified at least 4 hours prior to game time. In the event that a game is cancelled prior to gates opening, the suite holder WILL NOT be held responsible for food orders. In this situation, you will be contacted by an Erie SeaWolves representative. If a game is delayed prior to or during play, food will be delivered to your suite as planned (unless the order is cancelled 4 hours prior to game time). If a game is postponed after the gates open, we invite you and your guests to stay an additional one hour and thiry minutes after the game is called to enjoy your food. Sales Tax and Service Charge: All sales tax and service charge fees are included in the prices listed. Gratuity is NOT included in pricing and can be added at the time of payment
