Sirloin Comes from between the fillet and the rib, giving it the perfect balance of fat and tenderness Rump Cut from the back side of the cow means it s tougher than other prime steaks but what it lacks in tenderness, it makes up for in flavour Rib-eye Tender, and incredibly rich. There are ribbons of fat found throughout the meat adding plenty of flavor, and an eye of fat in the center. All of our steaks are expertly aged for 28 days to ensure they are tender and full of flavour
