6 Booking Details Reception Minimums Saturday s requires a Minimum of 130 Adult Guests. Friday s & Sunday s require a minimum of 100 Adult Guests. Payment Policy A $2,000 deposit and a signed Terms and Conditions Contract is required to secure your event. Fifty percent (50%) of your balance due is due six (6) months prior to your event date. Your final balance is due ten (10) business days prior to your event date with your final guest guarantee.
