11 11 BANQUET BARS We offer a variety of beverage service options for your event. You may choose to have a cash bar, a ticket bar, or a host bar. Bar sales are calculated before taxes and gratuity is applied. Outside liquor may not be brought into the complex under any circumstances. A guaranteed count and liquor order is required 10 days prior to your function. All prices are subject to an 18% gratuity and applicable sales tax. All prices subject to change without notice. Cash Bars Guests are responsible to pay for their own beverages. Ticket Bars The host must purchase tickets at $5 per ticket to hand out to his/her guests. The Avalon will provide tickets, they may not be brought in. Ticket prices include sales/liquor taxes. Guests may still purchase beverages after their tickets are used.
