1 Jimmy V s Steak House & Tavern Banquet Contract Jimmy V s Steak House & Tavern offers a semi-private dining room which accommodates 10 to 90 guests. Our facilities are perfect for rehearsal dinners, receptions, special occasions, and business dinners. Seating times on certain days may be flexible. Our Event Coordinator will gladly assist you in selecting a menu, to suite your needs, as well as attending to every detail. For groups less than 40 we do not, however, guarantee that your group will be the only group in the room. As the room accommodates up to 90 guests for a seated dinner, we will partition off the room to accommodate each group adequately. A room deposit of $600 is required for all groups. That amount will be deducted from your final bill. Dinner packages are recommended for parties over 25. For parties less than 25, you are welcome to select our Jimmy V s Steak House and Tavern menu that consists of the dinner selections we feature, including our daily specials. A menu presentation will be given by your server to ensure that all guests are aware of their dinner selections, how those selections are prepared, and what your dinner includes. We are especially accommodating of dietary substitutions. Please discuss any specialized requests with the Event Coordinator at the time of your menu selection. Due to Jimmy V s commitment to efficiency, separate checks are not available due to timely execution of payment processing. A 7.75% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to all final bills. 2 Dinner Menu Selections You may choose items from the following menus, or you may consult with our Executive Chef and Banquet Manager to customize a menu for your group. The price for each menu includes garlic bread, our mixed greens salad with balsamic charred tomato vinaigrette, entrée, potato, with select entrees, and coffee/tea. Vegetarian entrees are available. Host is to choose the potato option prior to the event; choices are, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes or, salt crusted, baked potatoes. Red and White 6 oz. Filet Mignon 12 oz. 4 Bar Features Our room features a full service bar and can be set up to accommodate individual needs such as full service, limited (beer & wine), or cash only. Our bar consists of over 103 different liquors in addition to our house brands listed below. We will do our best to provide any specialty beer or wine we do not currently possess. All specialty beer or wine must be purchased prior to consumption. Please discuss your preference(s) with the Banquet Manager at the time your reservation is being made. Bear right at the light at the end of the exit ramp. Turn left at the next stoplight (Edinburgh). MacGregor Village Shopping Center will be on your left. Jimmy V s is located in the center of the shopping center on the back right hand side. From Raleigh Take the outer Beltline (440) towards Cary. Continue to follow the signs for 1 South/64 West to Exit 98B. At the bottom of the Exit, bear right at the light on 64 west. At the next stoplight (Edinburgh) you will make a left. MacGregor Village Shopping Center will be on your left. Jimmy V s is located in the center of the shopping center on the back right hand side.

6 Guarantee Policy We must be notified of the exact number of attendees at your function no later than 72 hours prior to your function. We also ask that you confirm your menu selections, no later than one week in advance. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the estimated number as your guaranteed number. Charges will be based on this guarantee or actual attendance; whichever is greater. Table arrangements will be based upon the final guest count received. A $600 deposit is required to secure your reservation in our Boardroom. This amount will be deducted from your final bill at the end of the evening. The $600 deposit will be non-refundable should you cancel your reservation, however, we will be glad to apply this deposit to your rescheduled event. Parties are to be billed on single check with 7.75% sales tax and 20% gratuity. For your convenience, we can direct bill a business if arrangements have been set up in advance. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner s Club. By signing this agreement, customer agrees to all of the aforementioned policies and guarantees.
