Candle lit dinner in The Priory Restaurant follows, with music provided by our harpist. Finish your evening with mulled wine and mince pies in the lounges. We shall be delighted to assist with information on local church services for Midnight Mass and Christmas Day morning. CHRISTMAS DAY Enjoy breakfast in The Priory Restaurant from 8am to 10am. Before lunch, we will be offering a tasting of that most under rated of Christmas tipples, sherry, with canapés. Traditional Christmas Day Lunch will be served in The Priory Restaurant with, of course, a visit from Father Christmas with gifts for the children. Relax in the lounge over the afternoon with tea and Christmas cake whilst watching The Queen s Speech. Dinner will be a two-course hot and cold buffet before The Big Christmas Quiz Night. This year s star prize is the key for The Gables reputedly Madeley Court s most haunted bedroom. BOXING DAY After breakfast, if you are in need of some exercise, walking routes of interest in the local area will be available. Three-course lunch will be served in The Priory Restaurant, with the afternoon at leisure. There will be a tasting of Shropshire wines and cider from The Wroxeter Vineyard, before candle lit dinner with music by our resident pianist.
