As you begin planning, let Samʼs Club assist you in pre-ordering your supplies! Samʼs Club is again sponsoring the Barbecue Contest for 2012 and wil be taking meat and merchandise pre-orders for the event. How do I order? Pre-order forms will be on the KCBS website. Fill out the Team Information form. Enter info on the merchandise form and quantity of item in correct column. Fax your form to Samʼs Club, Attention Shannon, at If we have any questions we will contact you. Please leave a daytime # where we can reach you. Frequently Asked Questions: Q: Do I need to be a Samʼs Club Member to pre-order or purchase merchandise on-site? A: No. Though any merchandise that you purchase in club requires a membership, to better serve the teams, membership will not be required for any pre-orders or on-site. Q: When is payment due? A: Payment is due at the time of order pick-up at the on-site Samʼs Club. You are also welcome to pay in advance at the Samʼs Club located at 5110 North Oak Trafficway in Kansas City, Mo prior to the event. Q: What forms of payment can I use? A: ON-SITE PAYMENTS ARE CASH OR CHECK ONLY Advance payments made at the Club on North Oak Trafficway can be cash, check, Samʼs Club Credit, Discover, MasterCard, or gift card.
