7 THE FINE PRINT / LEGALESE Deposit In order to secure your private event space, a deposit and signed contract must be received. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill. Payment in full is required at the completion of your event. All deposits are non-refundable. Food & Beverage Minimums Private party rooms require a minimum spend on food and beverage prior to calculating taxes and gratuity. Minimums depend on time and day of your event, or agreement between restaurant and host. Tax and Gratuity Prices of packages do not include tax or gratuity. Appropriate local sales tax and a 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill. Cancellations If, for any reason, you have to cancel an event, a minimum of seven days advance notice is required. Cancellations under seven days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations with seven days notice can apply the deposit to another event within a three-month period from the day you cancel. Food & Beverage Selections Entrée selections are due no later than seven days prior to the event. If your menu has not been selected by that time, we hold the right to create a menu for your event. Guest Counts Final Guest count is due three business days prior to your event. Charges on the final bill will reflect this number Decorations/Set Up You may arrive before the event to decorate the room. Please discuss all decorating ideas with a North Branch event coordinator prior to your party. We will be more than happy to set up the room to your specifications just ask. Linens Linens are not required for events. North Branch offers our house beige linens for $10 per event. Time Frame Private parties have a 4-hour time limit. Hours may be added if the room is available. Audio/Visual Both rooms are set up with flat screen TV s and the ability to hook up a lap-top, DVD player or ipad/ipod. The entire restaurant is equipped with free Wi-Fi. North Branch does not charge for AV needs. (The West Wing is equipped with a Microphone system) Food Policies We allow whole cakes to be brought in. All other food and beverages must be approved by a North Branch event coordinator.
