Once the home of the Campbell family and now a popular retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life Stonefield Castle invites you to spend a wonderful 2 or 3 night stay which includes dinner, bed and breakfast, a 5 course Christmas Day Luncheon, Boxing Day Brunch, a Treasure Hunt, a fun filled quiz and a quirky 5 course Dinner on Boxing Day. CHRISTMAS EVE Arrive at the Castle and enjoy Mulled Wine and Shortbread in front of the fire. Join your fellow house guests in the Lounge for bubbly at 7pm prior to dinner in our Loch Fyne Restaurant followed by coffee and mince pies in the Drawing Room. CHRISTMAS DAY After breakfast why not take a refreshing stroll down to the jetty or if you are feeling energetic walk around our very own Barmore Island and work up a healthy appetite before enjoying a delicious 5-course Luncheon. This afternoon relax in the Snooker Room, unwind with a book or board game in the library or simply snooze in front of an open fire. The choice is yours! Our Christmas Evening Buffet will be served at 7pm in the Restaurant followed by our annual Castle Quiz in the Drawing Room. BOXING DAY Enjoy a late Brunch from 9am to noon then join us for our Stonefield Boxing Day Hunt for Captain McAllister s Treasure (weather permitting) in the Castle grounds. A grand time is guaranteed to be had by all! Our Hogmanay celebrations commence at 7pm with Champagne and Canapés. At 7.30pm a 4-course Dinner will be served followed by traditional Scottish dancing to music from a ceilidh band. Wednesday December 30TH A welcoming log fire, mulled wine and shortbread await your arrival at Stonefield. Join the rest of our houseguests downstairs at 7pm for bubbly and canapés followed by Chef s hot buffet dinner in the Loch Fyne Restaurant. New Year s Eve After breakfast why not blow away the cobwebs with a walk in the grounds or a trek round our very own Barmore Island for the more energetic. A light lunch of Soup and Stovies will be served in the Lounge. This afternoon wander next door to Barmore Farm and sample some Clay Pigeon Shooting under the guidance of Bob McColl and the Mid Argyll Gun Club. Champagne and Canapés at 7pm followed by our Gala Dinner Ceilidh Dance. The skirl of the pipes from Major John McGeachy will help us welcome 2016 accompanied by a wee dram of course!

7 New Year s Day Breakfast Brunch from 10am 1pm This afternoon why not take part in the Grand Haggis Hunt. Now a Stonefield tradition and fun for all, apart from the Haggis of course! Soup and sandwiches will be available in the Lounge throughout the day. Join us in the Drawing Room at 5pm for a Whisky Master class and Tasting. This evening Chef will tantalize your taste buds with some fine Scottish Cuisine. Saturday 2nd January Enjoy a full Scottish breakfast before making your journey homeward. Bid farewell to our Heilan Hame and haste ye back till we meet again! Our 3 night break is 450 per guest (based on 2 sharing a double or twin room)

8 Terms & Conditions Your Provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 10 days pending receipt of written confirmation and 10 deposit per person, after which time the booking will be released. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable thereafter. Guests booking a room will be required to pay 50 Deposit and guarantee the full cost by Credit card and will be subject to the hotel s standard accommodation terms Under 14 S are not permitted to attend any evening event without express prior consent and if staying overnight must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Full pre-payment with final numbers is required a minimum of 14 days prior to your event or by 1st December 2014, whichever is the earliest. All payments must be settled as a whole by the organiser and not by individuals. All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final numbers and menu selections for all guests must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to arrival, any decrease in the number of guests attending after this time will be charged, in full, to the credit card held on file Please note that some dishes may contain nuts or nut products, please ask for clarification. All special dietary requirements should be requested at least 7 days prior to the event. Party Organisers or company representatives will be liable for any misconduct by their guests that result in damage to the property of the hotel or its associated assets. Management reserve the right to refuse admission. All drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased at the hotel. When dancing at an event, drinks are not permitted on the dance floor and shoes must be worn at all times. Guests are asked to always behave in a responsible manner and dress appropriately. Unacceptable behaviour from any guest will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave the premises if asked to do so. We reserve the right to refuse sale of alcoholic beverages. For the safety and comfort of all our guests and to prevent noise disturbance, post event parties may not be held in any guest bedroom or hotel area after the event has finished. The proposed licensing times for our bars at the time of printing are subject to approval by local licensing authority. The hotel reserve the right to transfer a party to alternative room should the existing confirmed numbers increase or decrease and to alter or amend any content enclosed. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event when minimum numbers have failed to be reached. In such cases, at least 7 days working notice will be given if possible and either a full refund or offer of alternative dates will be offered. If alternative dates are offered the price may change.
